Use these staircases to get on the upper bridge and then jump to the hatchet location right above the entry.
- Alternatively, you can cheese it by heading to the left hallway and getting on one of the lights on the wall . This will then let you get on a bookshelf and then on the area near the hatchet after you thin out some of the books.
There will be three exploding Blotlings near the hatchet, and you'll have to either friend them or remove them before heading inside.
