Once freed, Mickey needs only to toddle on over to a series of electric generators and spin attack them a few times to short out the claw. But otherwise, this is a cut-and-dry encounter that's over in minutes. Top☂ marks for creep factor, though.

Throughout Mickey's quest, he's menaced by the doc's Beetleworx army, and his and Oswald's day is made only worse by the parts to the Moonliner Rocket (necessary to flee Wasteland) being pilfered by the mustachioed marauder. All this makes for a sublime build-up to your ultimate confrontation with the Mad Doctor in Lonesome Manor – but sadly, the actual fight is a bit of a letdown.
