How To Unlock The Back From The Bayou Friendship Quest
To start this friendship quest, you'll need to have unlocked Princess Tiana and reach level two friendship with her. This can be done by having daily discussions and giving her gifts.
If you have the A Rift In Time Expansion Pass, playing Scramblecoin with Tiana can increase your friendship as well!
You'll know you've met these conditions when a pink Dreamlight icon appears over her head, signaling that a new quest is available for you to start. Simply speak with Tiana to get started.
Make sure you also have both Mother Gothel and Moana unlocked to ensure this quest starts.
How To Unlock Tiana's Palace
After starting the quest, Tiana will ask for help placing her restaurant. Unlike other character buildings and dwellings, you won't have to pay Scrooge McDuck to build it! Simply open your furniture menu and place the restaurant wherever you'd like.
Once it's placed, head inside to find Tiana and talk to her. She's so excited to be back in her restaurant and has already cooked up some new ideas to share with the community.
How To Unlock Tiana's Meal Stall
After speaking with Tiana in her restaurant, she'll tell you all about her grand idea to open Tiana's Meal Stall – a one-stop sho🐽p for dishes and delights you can purchase on the go. Gone are the days of quickly throwing togeth𓂃er a meal while you scour the valley for treasures.
However, she needs your help to put it all together. Head to your Crafting Station to build Tiana's Meal Sta🍒ll 🧜with the following materials:
- Glass (15)
- Hardwood (10)
- Brick (5)
- Softwood (25)
Once you've crafted Tiana's Meal Stall, place it near her Palace. There are a few alcoves around her restaurant that are perfect for this! After it's placed, check in with Tiana about how everything is going so far and purchase the very first meal from her stall. We recommend her signature beig♛nets.
Tiana's Meal Stall initially has three open slots for meals, but you can upgrade it for 15,000 Star Coins to unlock the final three.
Tiana's Palace Grand Opening
The last step in this quest is to host the grand opening! All your hard work is about to pay off. You'll need to invite several villagers to enjoy Tiana's fabulous food, including Moana and Mother Gothel.
You can optionally listen to Tiana and Remy discuss business before you go.
After inviting Moana and Mother Gothel to the grand opening, check in on Tiana's progress. She's swamped with cooking and needs your help to prepare the outdoor seating for her restaurant. To craft the Bistro Tables and Chairs, you'll need the following materials:
- Softwood (30)
- Hardwood (24)
- Fiber (18)
- Green Rising Penstemon (9)
Once these materials are gathered, craft three Bistro Tables and six Bistro chairs. Decorate the terrace area outside Tiana's restaurant with these new items and at least two Elegant decorations.
Head back inside Tiana's Palace to check in on her once more. She'll give you the Inauguration Ribbon, which you'll need to place near Tiana's Meal Stall to finalize the grand opening!
Take a commemorative photo with everyone to celebrate the occasion!
After the grand opening, speak with Moana, Mother Gothel, and Remy to see how it all went. Return to Tiana to celebrate her achievements and congratulate her. This wraps up the quest, so take a few moments to browse the selection of delicious meals and taste a few.
