168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Diablo 4's vast gearing and progression systems might be confusing at first glance, yet more advanced ARPG players might notice that quite a bit of information is missing from items and skills. By default, you can't see item affix ranges, lucky hit chances for skills, or how passives are contributing to your overall damage.
Thankfully, there's a fairly simple solution to this: advanced tooltips. This simple gameplay option is a must for virtually every experienced ARPG fan, as it gives you thorough tooltips that showcase affix ranges, explains Nightmare Dungeon modifiers, and much more. This short guide will showcase how you can toggle these tooltips for yourself and explain what this setting actually does.
How To Toggle Advanced Tooltips
You can toggle advanced tooltips under the "Gameplay" tab of the options menu. You'll want to toggle the "Advanced Tooltip Information" option for more thorough tooltip descriptions. If you plan on comparing items on your character, you can also toggle the "Advanced Tooltip Compare" option to see exact stat differences when comparing items to one another. For thorough tooltips, you just need the former.
How Advanced Tooltips Work
When you toggle this setting, every item in Diablo 4 will now list affix ranges. In the image gallery above, you can see that the first image displays a pair of gloves that display a series of affixes with set numbers. When you toggle advanced tooltips, you can now see that the same item now showcases the stat ranges the item can roll with. In the above example, you can see that our Legendary Aspect roll could be slightly higher. This feature also works on extracted Aspects, so you could look through your owned Aspects and see if you had a perfect roll to infuse into your item. In essence, this makes finding item upgrades much easier since you can tell how good your affix rolls are.
Advanced tooltips work on Nightmare Sigil affixes as well. Sigils 🅠will typically list their positive and negative modifiers with no descriptions, making it vague as to what certain modifiers actually do. With this setting enabled, these affixes will have a nested description that explains how the affix is altering you🧔r Nightmare Dungeon.
Beyond items, advanced tooltips will also display exact damage values and lucky hit probabilities on each of your skills, passives, and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Paragon Board nodes. Displayed skill values take into account your current DPS and lucky hit chance modifiers, although DPS values do not include conditional modifiers such as "damage while burning" or "critical strike" modifiers. Tooltips that display [+] indicate additive values, while [x] symbols indicate multiplicative values.
