As you complete dungeons in Diablo 4, you'll unlock Legendary Aspects that can be used to upgrade your equipment with new powers. These Aspects provide the basis of your build as you progress through the game, but will take some investment of materials and gold.
If you want to apply the power of Legendary Aspects to your Rings and Amulets, or if you want to upgrade your Jewelry, you'll need a material called an Abstruse Sigil. Below, we'll take a look at a few different methods for quickly getting Abstruse Sigils.
How To Get Abstruse Sigils
Abstruse Sigils can be obtained by salvaging Legendary Rings and Amulets. This means that you can get Abstruse Sigils from pretty much any content in the game, as any activity you do has a chance to drop Legendaries. That said, we'll take a look at two of the best ways to target farm Abstruse Sigils below.
Helltide
The Helltide is one of the best ways to get Legendary equipment in general. During these events, certain areas of the map will be covered in Helltide, and more enemies will be summoned. These enemies drop Aberrant Cinders that you can spend to open Tortured Chests.
Tort♋ured Chests each have a sꦆpecific type of item they contain, like Rings or Amulets. By going after these chests in particular, you can farm up a few Legendary Rings or Amulets in a short time during the Helltide.
Tree Of Whispers
When Helltide isn't active, your next best option is to complete objectives for the Tree of Whispers. By completing designated objectives across the m🦩ap, you can earn Grim Favors. When you have ten Grim Favors, you can return to th♛e Tree to obtain a choice of three different reward caches.
These reward caches hold a random assortment of items, but will always drop at least one of the item that is designated by the name of the cache. For e🐽xample, a Collection of Rings will alw♊ays have Rings as a main item.
This makes it easier to target specifically Rings and Amulets, as Tree of Whispers rewards have a decent chance to be Legendary, especially if you get a Greater Collection cache (which has an orange name).
