With over one hundred side quests in Diablo 4, there are bound to be some that are more difficult to complete than oth𒊎ers. While some side quests may have simple objectives, like killing a certain amount of enemies, some will require you to scour large areas for a small hidden item.
The Brought to Heel side quest is an example of the latter. This Hawezar quest requires you to search for a red mushroom over a large area, making it difficult to complete without some assistance. Below, we'll take a look at how to accept and start this quest, and where exactly you can find the red mushroom in question.
How To Complete The Brought To Heel Quest
Brought to Heel is a side quest found in Backwater in the Forsaken Coast region of Hawezar. Speak to Lumir near the top of Backwater to start this quest. Your objective for this quest is to search a large area for a red mushroom. There are actually two different locations where you can find Wild Red Mushrooms, which are marked on the map in the image above.
The first red mushroom location is to the left of the nearby cellar. A second red mushroom can be found near the top of the search location, by a pool of water. The red mushrooms aren't easily visible, so look closely at the ground for gatherings of red objects to find it more.
There may be Elite and other enemies near the Wild Red Mushrooms when you find them, s෴o be sure to deal with these enemies before resum💧ing your search.
After traveling to either one of these locations and collecting the red mushroom, return to Lumir to complete the quest. In addition to normal quest rewards like experience, gold, and Hawezar Renown, you'll also obtain a Rare piece of equipment.
