Cataphract GL3

Heavy Grenade Launchers are seldom used in PvE due to lackluster perks and generally lower burst DPS than Rocket Launchers. Cataphract GL3 fixes this problem with its absurdly good perk pool, one that's tailored mostly towards PvE use despite being 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:a Trials weapon. Crucible players can benefit from Impulse Amplifier and Chain Reaction for some easy kills, but anyone with a god-rolled Typhon GL3 or similar GL should෴n't stress over getting a Cataphract.

Land a few kills with your other weapons, then swap to Cataphract to release a whopping 𝐆18 grenades without reloading, each dealing 35% more damage. Geodetic HSM

Don't let the generic weapon art fool you. Geodetic HSM is a fairly unique Sword thanks to its origin trait. Nadir Focus is effectively Eager Edge that requires a few swings to activate, making this an amazing weapon for speedrunning content. Successive swings will increase the weapon's lunge distance, slightly beating out Eager Edge at five swings. This is fantastic for quickly getting aroꦚund large spaces like patrol zones or Gambit arenas.

For PvE and PvP, the perks on offer are nothing special. Repulsor Brace and Destabilizing Rounds is interesting for creating Void Overshields on the fly, but the actual DPS perks on offer leave something to be desired. Your best bet is Relentless Strikes with Whirlwind Blade, but that has nothing on Bequest with Surrꦍounded or any Vorte🥀x Frame counterpart.

The Guiding Sight

The Guiding Sight is a 150 RPM Scout Rifle that 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:drops from Iron Banner matches. Unlike its last appearance, this version deals Strand damage and has a much stronger perk pool. Unfortunately, it lost the unique combination of Hip-Fire Grip and Iron Reach to create a discount Dead Man's Tale, but what's on offer this time is generally more useful. Demolitionist and Hatchling is a 🅷great combination for PvE Strand builds, allowing you to generate Threadlings with precision hits while refunding your grenade energy.

Crucible players have two options:

1. Use Gutshot Straight + Precision Instrument.
2. Use Demolitionist + Cascade Point.

The former is a dueling roll that reduces the optimal TTK to one body shot and two crits. This makes Guiding Sight a forgiving 150 Scout Rifle if you can land your shots. Alternatively, you can use this weapon as a discount Special weapon with Cascade Point. Get a kill with your other weapon, then swap to Guiding Sight to land a blazing fast 0.48s TTK on anyone you're aiming at. You can pair this with Demolitionist for free grenade energy or Enlightened Action to greatly boost your gun's relo൩ad speed. We recommend the Cascade Point roll more since most competitive Scout Rifles opt for lethality perks, but if you're a new Scout Rifle user that wants to get comfortable using one, Gutshot Straight ✨and Precision Instrument isn't a bad combination.

Heliocentric QSC

Heliocentric QSC is a 360 RPM Sidearm that deals Solar damage. It's the second Sidearm to roll with Incandescent and the first Lightweight Frame to do so. You can pair this with Demolitionist to quickly charge your grenade or Enlightened Action to max out your handling and reload speed stats. It's a snappy workhorse weapon for PvE, but this weapon is simply lackluster in the Crucible. You can use Heal Clip and Kill Clip for a somewhat niche gameplay loop, yet both perks areജn't particularly strong on a 360 Sidearm. It'൩s a world drop weapon so don't expect to get the exact roll you want, but keep your eyes peeled for an Incandescent roll whenever Heliocentric drops.

Igneous Hammer

The infamous Igneous Hammer from Beyond Light has returned in Season of the Witch, back with a new perk pool and origin traits. This weapon is a 120 RPM Hand Cannon with best-in-class stats in every category. It has mo💞re range, handling, stability, aim assist, and reload speed than every other Legendary 120 in the sandbox. Calling this weapon a stat monster would be an understatement.

When you start talking about perks, Igneous Hammer effectively morphs into a 140 Hand Cannon. Keep Away and Eye of the Storm is the ultimate dueling combination that buffs this gun's accuracy throughout every step of a gunfight. Paired with the One Quiet Moment origin trait, you'll reload Igneous Hammer like it's a 140. PvE mains shouldn't ignore this weapon either, as it's the only Solar 120 Hand Cannon that can roll with Rapid Hit and Golden Tricorn. Solar builds have an easy time landing ability kills, so Golden Tricorn's 50% damage buff will be easy to maintain. Better PvE Hand Cannons do exist, but as far as Crucible players are concerned, Igneous Hammer is a meta contende🍌r.

Luna Regolith III

Luna Regolith III is this season'🔯s new Vanguard weapon, available from Vanguard Ops and Engram Focusing. This 72 RPM Sniper Rifle deals Solar damage and has a solid stat package. A base zoom of 43 makes Luna fairly easy to snipe with in both PvE and PvP, espec♍ially once you start accounting for perks.

In PvE, your main pick is Clown Cartridge with either Firing Line for group content or High Ground for solo content. Both perks gi🉐ve a 2꧟0% damage buff under certain conditions, Firing Line requiring nearby allies. It's a decent enough option for killing majors and stunned Champions, although Sniper Rifles in general just aren't pulling enough DPS compared to most Specials.

Crucible players that use 72 RPM Sniper Rifles typically fish for one-tap body shots, something Luna Regolith can easily achieve with High Ground. So long as you're grounded on a higher elevation than your opponent, you'll deal 10% more damage. Pair this with an Empowering Rift, and you can one-tap to the body against T9 Resilience Guardians—up to any Resilience if you run Sanguine Alchemy. If you prefer consistency over cheesy one-taps, you can't go wrong with Opening Shot in the final column. Both perks pair nicely with Snapshot Sights to offset the weapon's otherwise low base handling. Throw on a few handling perks,﷽ and Luna Regolit𝔍h III becomes a solid PvP Sniper Rifle.

Nox Perennial V

For a world drop weapon, Nox Perennial V is surprisingly strong. This High-Impact Frame Fusion Rifle deals Strand damage and comes with the Wild Card origin trait, occasionally creating Telesto bolts after a kill. The origin trai꧟t helps with its a♋dd-slaying potential, but that's not why you'd use Nox Perennial.

For PvE, this Fusion Rifle has the somewhat rare combination of Envious Assassin and Controlled Burst. Land a few kills with your workhorse weapon, then swap to Nox Perennial to overflow the magazine. Controlled Burst will greatly boost your damage and charge time, making this weapon ✤competitivꦜe with Techeun Force and Cartesian Coordinate for boss DPS.

As for PvP, Nox Perennial V is incredibly strong the perfect roll. Under Pressure and Kickstart is arguably overpowered in the hands of a competent🌠 player. If your roll has Liquid Coils, sliding will cause this weapon to one-burst from any range, regardless of your range stat. Throw on , and your opponent will have few ways to counter this playstyle. Once Kickstart gets nerfed in a future season, Fragile Focus and Elemental Capacitor is another♎ fantastic combination for buffing Nox Perennial's effective range. Run an Arc 🅺subclass to buff your handling, and this weapon should be a great option for mid-range picks and cleanups.

Point Of The Stag

This season's Iron Banner has added Point of the Stag to the loot pool, this time with origin traits and random rolls. Point of the Stag is a Precision Frame Bow that dea🍌ls Arc damage, featuring the Skulking Wolf and Wild Card origin traits. Wild Card is surprisingly strong on this weapon, occasionally creating Telesto bolts after a kill.

What makes this weapon truly stand out is the presence of Swashbuckler. This is the second Precision Bow to roll with this perk and the first to reside in the Energy slot. Land a melee kill, and your Bow will now kill in a single headshot. Any melee-focused build can get some serious mileage out of this perk, both for PvE and PvP. The other trait column has some solid perks to pair with Swashbuckler, notably Elemental Capacitor for bonus stats or Archer's Tempo for faster draw time. You can even use Pugilist if you want to quickly recharge your melee ability. Keep your eyes ღpeeled for any Swashbuckler roll on this Bow. If it has draw time perks, even better.

Pre Astyanax IV

Pre Astyanax IV is effectively a Nightfall variant of Strident Whistle, a Precis✱ion Frame Solar Bow that was introduced last year. Both have the same frame, damage type, and similar base stats. The main difference is that Pre Astyanax IV is a Nightfall weapon, meaning it has a smaller perk pool and access to Adept mods if you obtain an Adept variant.

As for perks, Pre Astyanax's notable perk combination is Shoot to Loot and Incandescent. Each kill will cause targets to explode, picking up any nearby Orbs of Power and ammo drops. This can also proc the Wild Card origin trait to spawn a small cluster of Telesto bolts, making this Bow a solid PvE workhorse. Crucible mains might enjoy Archer's Tempo and Successful Warm-Up for absurdly quick follow-up shots, but this is more of a gimmick than anything. PvP mains have far better Bows to c𝐆hoose from.

Psi Hermetic V

Psi Hermetic V is arguably the most unique Legendary Pulse Rifle that's graced the Destiny 2 sandbox this year. It's a Stasis 340 RPM Pulse Rifle and is a world drop, always rolling with the Wild Card origin trait. Killing a target will occasionally create Telesto bolts at their corpse, detonating when enemies approach. This is a solid origin trait on a Primary weapon for cleaning up weak red bars, but this origin trait becomes absurdly strong when paired with Headstone.

If you proc Headstone and pair it with 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Stasis' Whisper of Rending Fragment. Headstone crystals will detonate after a short delay, no input required. You can pair this with Enlightened Action to immediately max your reload speed and handling after a kill, as every enemy hit by your Telesto bolts and Headstone crystal will proc Enlightened Action. It's a fantastic workhor🦋se weapon for at-level content, although it starts to struggle in Legend+ content as most Legendary Pulse Rifles do.

Crucible players should keep their eyes peeled for this gun. Encore and Golden Tricorn is an absurdly powerful combination for 6v6 and even 3v3 modes. Landing a single precision kill will greatly boost your range, stability, and reduce the weapon's TTK without needing a reload. It's the first High-Impact Pulse Rifle to roll with Golden Tricorn, and it effectively does the same thing as Kill Clip without the need to reload. You can also make Psi Hermetic a fantastic dueling weapon with Enlightened Action and Headseeker. The only real downside to this weapon is its dr🌠op source. World drops are absurdly rare, so be sure to check every Psi Hermetic roll that drops for you.

Qua Xaphan V

Qua Xaphan V is the Drifter's latest offering for Gambit players. Unfortunately, this weapon's competition ♋completely blows it out of t🎉he water. As a 360 RPM Machine Gun that deals Void damage, it has to directly compete with Commemoration and Retrofit Escapade, two of the best Machine Guns in the game.

You can find some solid perk combinations for this weapon, notably Triple Tap and Target Lock, yet Retrof🎀it Escapade's faster RPM and ability to roll with Fourth Time's the Charm make it a far better option for melting Champions and weaker boss units. Since you can farm Retrofit now in the Exotic Mission Playlist, there's little reason to farm for Qua Xaphan unless you're a New Light that desperately needs a Void Machine Gun. If you have a decent build and can farm Operation: Seraph's Shield[], we recommend farming for Retrofit Escapade instead. And if you can raid, get your h🎐ands on Commemoration from the Deep Stone Crypt raid. Both guns will serve you far better than Que Xaphan. The same advice goes for PvP mains as well.

Unending Tempest

Unending Tempest is the love child of Shayura's Wrath and The Immortal, two infamous Trials SMGs that dominated the meta when they first released. This weapon takes Shayura's base 600 RPM frame and merges it with The Immortal's S-tier perk pool, creating a devastating PvP workhorse. And unlike its progenitors, Unending Tempest is a Crucible weapon and not a Trials weapon. That means you can easily farm for this gun ju💞st by playing your favorite PไvP playlist.

As for perks, it'd be easier to state which perks aren't good on this SMG. The chase roll for most is Dynamic Sway Reduction and Target Lock. Holding down the trigger will make the gun continuously more accurate while increasing its damage, reducing your optimal TTK down to 0.7 seconds. And if that wasn't enough, Unending Tempest's origin trait gives it a boost in accuracy for holding down the trigger—effectively giving you a weaker version of Dynamic Sway Reduction for free. Swap Dynamic Sway Reduction for Subsistence, and you have an amazing PvE roll.

Maybe you care more about raw lethality than small dueling buffs. If that's the case, you can recreate Shayura's Wrath with Killing Wind and Multikill Clip to shred everything after a kill. Anything at or under T7 Resilience will die in 0.6 seconds, and your gun can achieve 100 range with Killing Wind active. It's absurdly strong, although it isn't quite as powe𓆏rful as Kill Clip was on Shayura's Wrath. Simply🍬 put, Unending Tempest is an S-tier PvP SMG that is worth farming for. There's a good roll for every playstyle imaginable.

Warden's Law

Warden's Law has seen a complete rework with its reprisal in Season of the Witch. Bungie has reworked this weapon to behave similarly to Crimson, firing two-round bursts at 257 RPM. It has the range scaling of a 140 but the TTK of pre-nerf 120s, allowi൲ng this gun to two-burst if you have a 15% damage buff.

PvE mains should keep an eye out for this weapon, especially Lucky Pants Hunters. Fourth Time's the Charm and Vorpal Weapon, paired with any magazine perk, turns the Warden's Law into a Legendary version of Malfeasance for Lucky Pants users. Its burst DPS is comparable to Malfeasance without using your Exotic weapon slot. For general PvE play, any perk paired with Frenzy will feel great here.

Crucible players have it rough. Warden's Law has a strange bullet spread that causes the second shot in the burst to land much higher than your initial shot, making the optimal TTK fairly difficult to hit. You'll🃏 have to use this gun in the mid-ra🐽nge to see consistent results. You have two viable perk combinations here:

1. Focus on dueling, opting for Perpetual Motion and Zen Moment.
2. Focus on slaying, opting for Snapshot Sights and Kill Clip.

The former combination of Perpetual Motion and Zen Moment is ideal for controller users, as the greatly buffed stability and flinch resistance should make 1v1 duels much more consistent. For most, we're going to recommend you stick with Snapshot Sights and Kill Clip, potentially Frenzy if you're an extremely aggressive player. Both damage perks will cause this gun to two-burst for a fast 0.5s TTK, although you'll 💎have to land four headshots with this gun's atrocious bullet spread. Stick to the mid-range, and Warden's ꦐLaw can hold its own. Nothing more, nothing less. It'll be a favorite for a select few Guardians, but the vast majority of Crucible mains will probably dislike how Warden's Law feels. Regardless, keep a good roll of this gun. There's a good chance its bullet spread will get addressed in a future update.
