Rite of the Nine has added three difficulty tiers to some of older dungeons, ranging from beginner friendly to Contest Raid difficulty. Ultimatum clearly sits in the latter ca𒈔tegory, setting your Guardian's Power to -20 while adding a laundry list of modifiers to the activity.

Here are the rolls you should be chasing during Destiny 2's🦂 Rite of the Nine event.

Beating a dungeonꦏ on Ultimatum difficulty isn't easy, let alone with a Gold score. But as with most challenges in D꧃estiny 2, most of the difficulty can be circumvented with the right build and weapons. Today, we'll be looking at the best weapons you can bring into Ultimatum and recommend some basic Aspect and Exotic combinations you can bring to make the game easier.

Best Weapons For Ultimatum

Destiny 2 The Queenbreaker

Ultimatum features a -20 Power delta and the Brawn modifier🐼, substantially increasing the HP of all dungeon enemies. Bosses are going to require optimal DPS loadouts to take down in this environment,🔥 especially since you only have three DPS phases in boss encounters. If you can't defeat the boss by the third phase, your squad will wipe.

For 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Rite of the Nine, you'll want to bring a Rocket Launcher, Linear Fusion Rifle, and a good add clear weapon. Most players are best off using . It has great ammo efficiency, deals absurd DPS while on its three-burst mode, and ramps up Par🧸ticle Reconstruction incredibly fast for an LFR. If you want a Legendary LFR, consider using Doomed Petitioner or Scintillation.

Nearly every Destiny creator has recommended Hezen Vengeance for rocket DPS this season, and for good reason. This weapon's origin trait effectively gives it Bipod for free without any downsides, which you can pair with a damage perk like Bait and Switch for some absurd DPS potential. If you don't own Hezen Vengeance, you can run or farm for this event's reprised C♐old Com﷽fort.

Destiny 2 The Call

As for killing adds, you can't go wrong with Rocket Sidearms. If you own The Final Shape, The Call is a fantastic weapon you'll receive near the start of the campaign. Some other great options include Tinasha'🦄s Mastery, Indebted Kindness, and Buried Bloodline—provided you don't mind giving up your Exoti🦋c slot.

For Primary ammo, this season's Barrow-Dyad can deal some monstrous damage if you spec for Taken Resolution and One for All. Other good options include , , , and any fast-firing Kinetic weapon with Kinetic Tremors. 🎀

Primary Weapons

Bow

Fantastic add clear; spawns ammo with find💝er mods.

Fusion Rifle

Ramps up Particle Reconstruction✤ and deals great damage.

Multimach CCX

SMG

Rolls with Kinetic Tremors.

Special Weapons

Choir of One

Auto Rifle

Argua♐bly the strongest workhorse weapon in the game. ADS to kill adds, hipfire to kill majors.

Rocket Sidearms

Sidearm

Great mix of damage and ammo efficiency. A𒐪ll of them are good.

Heavy Weapons

Linear Fusion Rifle

Best general🧸 Heavy weapon in the ♊game. Pair with Particle Reconstruction from the artifact.

Hezen Vengeance

Rocket Launcher

Strongest Rocket Launcher in 🌟the game. Ideally, use Envious Arsen🐼al + Bait and Switch.

Best Builds For Ultimatum

Destiny 2 Prismatic Fireteam

Ultimatum rewards survivability above all else. The more you die in Ultimatum difficulty, the fewer perks your Adept weapons will drop with. You'll want to beat these encounters flawlessly when possible. T🐻hankfully, there are quite a few strong builds you can pick on each cl🅷ass.

Hunter

Out of the three classes, Hunters have it the hardest for general survivability. A lack of healing sources will require you to play a build with high damage resistance, run Golden Gun on Prismatic, or use weapon Exotics like to stay alive. Once you have your survivability figured out, you ha𒅌ve quite a few options for besting Ultimatum dungeons.

If your team is struggling to kill adds, we recommend running a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Whirling Maelstrom Threadrunner. This allows you to detonate Tangles to create Strand dust devils that tear through 🍒targets with🍸 Unravel projectiles. It deals surprisingly high damage in -20 content, gives you an easy grapple point to grapple melee targets, and pairs nicely with Cyrtarachne's Facade for a constant 45 percent DR buff. The build is also fairly easy to play.

If you prefer Prismatic, run Ascension with Relativism (HOIL + Cyrtarachne). If you use Gambler's Dodge and Threaded Spike, you can clear waves of adds by yours🐓elf just by juggling your class and melee abilities.

If your team needs more boss DPS, Prismatic Hunter with and is ideal. You can run Snare Bomb to debuff the boss and get easy access to Radiant before casting your Super. Hit the boss' weakpoint, then swap to your Heavy weapon to deal some damage. Be sure to run two or three surge mods on your boots to maximize your damage.

Titan

There's no debate here: if someone in your fireteam is playing a Titan, you should be using Storm's Keep on Striker Titan. This🐲 Aspect grants Bolt Charge to your weapons while standing behind a barricade, ideally a Rally Barricade. In essence, this turns all of your guns into Thunderlord, unleashing lightning strikes that deal immense damage when paired with the Flashover artifact perk.

If you're struggling to stay alive, you can always run a build on Prismatic Titan. Paired with and some form of damage resistance, you can blast your way through most encounters by spamming Consecration. Use Transcendence or a roaming Super like when ꧑you run out of melee energy to reset your charges.

Warlock

Destiny 2 Prismatic Warlock Build

received a major buff this season and is now viable for endgame content. Run this on Prismatic Warlock with and Song of Flame to cover all of your team's bases. Your melee ability will slay adds, whi💦le Song of Flame will serve as an invaluable survivability and DPS tool during boss encounters.

Spire Of The Watcher Tips

Destiny 2 Vex Goblin With Radiation Bane
  • Opening Encounter: Don't complete a circuit until all four are ready. Completing one will spawn Supplicants, but if you complete all four simultaneously, it will skip straight to the Hydra boss.
  • Spire Ascend: Assign a circuit to each player, then have the third player dedicated to killing adds. When both circuit players are done with a floor, converge near the lift to damage the Vex minibosses.
    • Well of Radiance and Song of Flame are incredibly useful here for staying alive on the last two floors.
  • Akelous: You can prep each circuit just before completion, then activate all four in sequence. This makes the lead up to DPS a little faster.
    • During DPS, stay far back until the boss gets to the stairs, then run halfway up the pylon before you continue to damage the boss.
    • Linear Fusion Rifles are recommended for this fight.
  • Persys: Bring a Titan and have them use Stronghold. This will taunt the boss and keep them busy, leaving the rest of your fireteam free to complete each circuit.
    • During DPS, deploy your Storm Keep's barricade in the middle of the room, right at the top of the chevron markings on the floor. This will cause Persys to sit at the door instead of entering your area.
    • Rocket Launchers are recommended for this fight. Linear Fusion Rifles are also a solid option if someone runs .
