Here's how to beat every boss in Deltaruಞne Chapter 2.

Chapter three of this adventure will put you and your friends in a game show that thrusts your group into a variety of games. The games will ܫrequire you to perform, fight, cook, and solve puzzles for points. Your points at the end of each round will determine your rank. With enough points, you may reach the coveted S-rank, which will open up doors unava🍸ilable otherwise.

How To Get S-Rank In Chapter 3

Getting an S-Rank in Deltarune Chapter 3.

To get S-rank as a participant of TV Time, you will need to have stellar performance across all activities. There are several factors that will contribute to your overall rank at the end of each round:

Perform Well In Battles

Battles during the game show will grant you a rank based on your performance. You’ll get points for achieving certain things, which can raise your rank.

  • The less number of turns it takes for you to clear the battle, the higher the points you’ll get.
  • The fewer hits you take from the enemy will also grant you additional points.
  • Filling the TP bar past the line near the top will grant you an S-rank for TP.

When you’re able to tire out the enemy, their name will turn blue and you will be able to pacify and recruit them. When you fill their mercy bar, their name will turn yellow and you will be able to spare them.

You don’t need to earn S-rank in all battle conditions to get an S-rank for the battle. It will average out your score, meaning you will still need to perform fairly well across the board.

Earn Points

Earning points during every round is crucial because it can be spent on items in between rounds, but it’ll also contribute to your final rank. There are quiz games that you will participate in that will grant points should you answer correctly.

Apart from that, there are also bonus points that can be earned by collecting more key items than required by the game master. Interact with everything you see and pay attention when an NPC speaks to you. Sometimes, they give hints on where additional key items can be found.

Another way is to have Susie spend time collecting points. Susie will have an ability to interact with the environment after you find a particular item. This will allow you to gain incremental points throughout the round.

Get S-Rank In The Final Game

The different rounds conclude in a final game where your team will have to perform a certain task. Your first mini-game will be a cooking show and your second mini-game will be a band performance.

Pay attention to the instructions to ensure that you get the most points out of each game. Getting hit or performing the incorrect action will often lead to deduction in points.

How To Get S-Rank In Round 1

Getting the S-rank from an NPC in Deltarune Chapter 3.

It’s very challenging to get an S-rank in the first round. You will need to fight your battles cleanly, answer all questions correctly, and perform flawlessly in games. That said, there are some things you can do to ensure that you get an S-rank.

Correct Quiz Answers

In the first round of TV Time, there will be enemies who will come at you with a quiz mini-game. A boss will also require you to answer some quiz questions towards the end of the round. To ensure that you get plenty of points, make sure to answer the different questions correctly within the time limit.

The questions will come from information given earlier in the game. Make sure to pay attention to the different conversations.

Pay 1500 Points

When you begin round one, look for the Power Croissant for Susie as early as possible. With it, she’ll have the ability to pick up pots and weeds.

After that, when your team enters certain locations, Susie will be able to find hidden points in different spots. There are two areas full of cacti and weeds. Susie will go around collecting all the weeds in these areas and each will earn your group points.

You can leave and re-enter the areas to reset the weeds and have Susie collect them again.

Once you have 1500 points, you can use them to have a suspicious NPC change your rank to S-rank. Head south of the large waiting area. You’ll find yourself in a hallway of various statues and portraits. In the southeast section, there’s an NPC who’ll take your points and change your rank.

Once you give up your points, you’ll be able to enter areas that are only accessible to those of the S-rank.

How To Get S-Rank In Round 2

You need to put on a flawless display of performance across various activities to get S-rank in round two as well. That said, you can also just earn enough points using the camera you’ll find at the start of the round.

Two locations will have shadowy figures popping up continuously. The first is an enemy that will attack you by shooting a projectile in your direction. Take a photo of the enemy for ten points. You’ll also get a point for including the projectile in your shot.

This enemy respawns and you can quickly rack up points by shooting it, exiting the area, and re-entering. Make sure that the points earned are displayed before exiting or it won’t count.

Another is a path with tall grass and a stream running down the middle. A large rabbit will appear while you don’t have your camera out. You need to quickly snap a shot of the rabbit to earn 25 points per photo.

The rabbit can get away very easily, so you’ll need to quickly get a photo of it. To easily gain plenty of points from this tactic, keep spamming to equip and unequip your camera. This will ensure that you have the camera ready as soon as the rabbit shows up. When it does, it’s a matter of being quick enough to pan your camera to its location.

Of the two tactics, taking shots of the shadow rabbit is much faster. That said, the shadow enemy is a bit easier to shoot if you’re having trouble with reaction time.

If you can earn enough points, you may reach T-rank, which will greatly skew your total average score. If you have trouble getting a decent rank in the battles or the mini-game, you can opt to obtain points this way instead.
