How To Get The Ice Key

Finding the Ice Key will first require you to obtain S-Rank in the first round of the TV Time game. Once you have that, and you're sent to the Green Room, you can enter through the S-Rank door.

Once inside, go to the left and speak to the NPC standing in front of a set of brown double doors. This NPC will tell you that there are more games to play, and behind these doors is the original version of the game you played with Tenna in round one.

In this room you'll first see a room full of game consoles. Go to the left to find an abandoned console. When you first interact with it, it'll shut off when it doesn'tꦍ detect a controller.

Go back into the previous room and on the floor you'll find a controller. Pick it up and the item OddController will be added to your inventory. Now, return to the abandoned console and Kris will plug in the controller when 𒐪prompted.

The game will start, and you'll find that the layout is very similar to what you played previously with Tenna and the others. Except there are some weird monsters floating around, no Lancer, no Pippins, and no quizzes.

None of the monsters will hurt you until you have your sword, so if you want to just explore the map a little bi🧜t first, this is a good time to do it.

When you're ready, head to the bottom left of the map to find the cave entrance that Tenna told you was the fan mail room. In this cave there is a sword. Pick it up, and head back outside.

Now you can defeat the monsters that you've seen floating around, but they can also damage you, so be careful. Every monster you defeat will give your sword more experience.

Sometimes monsters will drop food when defeated, which will give 🌸you some health when you walk over it. But don't wait too long, as the health item will fade.

Once your sword reaches level three, you'll be able to cut down cacti. Head to the east side of the map where a🎃 pathway is blocked𓄧 by two cacti.

You might recognize this from the game you played with Susie and Ralsei, when Susie told you it would be nice to have something to cut through the cacti. Well, now you do.

Once you've cleared the cacti, the path will lead you to a snowy area of the game you've never seen before. Continue through the rooms, defeating each monster you come across, until your sword is at max level. Now you can also cut down the palm trees.

Before you go searching for the ice key, you can use your new-found power to reveal hidden cave entrances that you wouldn't have otherwise found. Some of these cave entrances even have secret messages for you.

Now, head back to the desert and start plowing down the palm trees to the south. Eventually you'll find a red chest surrounded by palm trees. Cut down the palm trees around the chest so you can open it and get the Ice Key.

Once you find the area with the red chest, the game won't let you leave the screen, s🃏o make sure you've done everything you want to do fir🎶st.
