The Deadpool Army consists of around 100 Deadpools, but not all of them have characteristꦓics that set them apart. We won’t cover literally all the Deadpools, since most of them only have surface-level differences, like a black suit, a full Irish get൩up, or the flag of Wales.

11 Zenpool

Allegedly Loves Peace

Among the crowd of red-wearing Deadpools, one that stands out is the white-colored Zenpool, a Deadpool that, in the comics, has left his path of absolute violence to pursue the serenity of pea♛🍨ce. This is one of the most popular Deadpool variants, since it works as a heavy contrast to the chaos and carnage we usually associate with Deadpool.

Now, we are ranking Zenpool this low since, while it is fun that he made it in, being part of the Deadpool Army sort of goes against who Zenpool is. Since there already is a Deadpool that serves as a neutral party between the Army and our heroes, Zenpool was s❀imply relegated as another cog in the Deadpool machine.

10 Dogpool

Is This Really A Variant?

No list would be complete without one of the most famous variants of Deadpool, Dogpool. We all love dogs, but almost every Deadpool variant needs to be “ugly” or disfigured in some way, so the crew of Deadpool & Wolverine got the winner of 2023 Britain's Ugliest Dog competition to bring the popular dog to life.

While an outstanding addition, we are ranking her this low because… well, she hardly counts as a Deadpool. While animals can b꧅e variants of a human (as seen in Loki), it seems that Dogpool is simply Nicepool’s dog without any of the powers or abilities that make the merc special.

9 🦋 Golden Age Deadpool

A Classic Edition

Golden Age Deadpool is one of the easiest-to-identify variants of thಌe Deadpool Army, thanks in no small part to his gas mask, jacket, and cutlasses. As his name implies, he represents the Golden Age of comic books, having a design that would make him fit right in with the classical renditions of heroes of that time, like Captain America.

The main reason for his low ranking is the little impact and screen time he has, even if he stands out. He’s also portrayed as a very old man, something that both makes sense and doesn’t: represe🌞nting the Golden Age will clearly mark you as an ancient person, but the healing factor of the Deadpools make the years since that Golden Age not be that long ago.

8 Watari

The Ronin-Pool

Every character needs an alternate version of them in the Edo era of Japan, and nearly a♉ll comic book heroes have one. For Deadpool, that is Watari, a ronin that wields Deadpool’s classic katanas with the most finesse, and one that doesn’t hide his scars.

The concept of Ronin-Pool is greatly used in 🌜the movie, both in the visuals and in the jokes. Poor Watari doesn’t quite make the cut when fighting our heroes, however, since he’s quickly dispatched offscreen, having to wait for both his arms to regenerate.

7 💯 ෴ Deadpool 2099

Wade’s Daughter

Very few Deadpools deviate as heavily from the weapons and outfits of their original incarnation as Deadpool 2099, with a highly futuristic꧑ suit and two “lightsabers” instead of katanas. This differentiation goes even further, since you can tell at a glance that this Deadpool is also a woman.

This is because, at least in the comics, Warda Wilson (Deadpool 2099) is the daughter of Deadpool (Wade Wilson), at least in her reality. This makes her not technically a variant of Deadpool but the offspring of one. It is hard to know how they treat her in the movie, since we are not likely to see her on the big scr🍒een ever again.

6 𓂃 Cowboy Deadpoo♔l

With A Very Familiar Voice

There are three Deadpool variants that work as the voice of the Army, at least in the few brief scenes that we see them in. One of them is Cowboy Deadpool, and as his name suggests, he is a Deadpool from a universe where all Marvel charaꦦcters are outlaws and gunslingers.

In the comics, the character is known as Deadpool Kid, drawing a parallel to historical outlaws lik♊e Billy the Kid. The name of the character might have been changed so as not to confuse him with Kidpool.

As one of the Deadpools with the most lines of dialogue, the movie gave the role to an actor known for his thick accent: Matthew McConaughey. This is the first time the actor makes 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:any appearance in the MCU, and while we don’t kno♏w if it will be the 🐲last, we doubt he’ll come back as a variant of Deadpool.

5 Headpool

How Can A Deadpool Be Decayed?

Another talkative Deadpool, there isn’t much left of this variant, since all that is left of the poor merc is his head. Headpool comes from a universe that was afflicted with a zombie virus, anಞd after his corpse was rotten beyond repair, his bony head was all that was left.

While Headpool is interesting on his own (particularly the leadership role he has among his peers), what stands out the most is that Wade’s healing factor doesn’t seem to be enough against a zombie virus. Any character can survive being just a head when zombified, so maybe Wade's healing factor was completely shut down by the virus.

4 Nicepool

The Weakest Deadpool

Nicepool is 🤪an original creation of Deadpool & Wolverine, and it marks the second time we’ve seen Ryan Reynolds in these movies without scarred makeup. This Deadpool variant is similar to Zenpool in many ways, except there is an underlying malice, petulance, or just willing ignorance permeating the character that makes him oddly annoying.

Of course, this is all on purpose, so you don’t feel too bad when Nicepool meets his demise. While it might seem strange that Nicepool can🍷’t regenerate, we need to remember that the event that gave Deadpool his scars (at least in the movies) is the same event that gave him his powers, so it is possible that our original Deadpool knew this from the start.

3 Peterpool

All Deadpools Have A Peter

Peterpool is another original creation of Deadpool & Wolverine, although he isn’t really a variant. He is Peter, a character introduced in Deadpool 2, and he functionsཧ as an “average” man who wants to have some wacky adventures with superheroes.

In the years since Deadpool 2 and Deadpool & Wolverine, it seems that both Peter and Wade have grown close, forming a healthy friendship. When Peter shows up at the end of the movie, it is revealed that there is a Peter for every Deadpool,💯 and since all Deadpools loved their Peters (but theꦍy died in the pruning of their universes), they get incredibly happy to see him once more.

2 Pಌrime Deadpool

Marvel Jesus

Considered by many as th🐻e “original” Deadpool, this Wa🏅de Wilson is the one we follow throughout the movie and the one we are rooting for. It seems that the main difference between this Deadpool and the others is that, for some reason, all other Deadpools are a little dumb.

The movie X-Men Origins:꧃ Wolverine presents a Deadpool played by Ryan Reynolds, but that character seems to not count as a variant, and in fact, that whole movie seems to not even be canon. Either way, that Deadpool was already killed off by our Deadpool in the second movie.

Our original Deadpool might be making constant jokes🌳, but he is aware of his own flaws most of the time, hence making him one of the better Deadpools out there. His healing factor also seems to be more advanced than that of the other Deadpools, since he can recover instantly from fatal wounds, unlike the others, who need to “die” before regenerating again.
