Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster Review - Frankไly Fantastic
Dead Rising is one of my favourite games of all time, and Deluxe Remaster is undenia🌃bly the best,♓ if easiest, way to play it.
However, with that many Psychopaths in the game and a limit on how much time you have to explore the mall, you can very well miss out on Scoops and opportunities to encounter them, makin💯g it all the more important to learn where they how, how to trigger their appearance, and what you get for defeating them!
Where To Find Every Psychopath In Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster
In Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster, Psychopaths are tied to specific Scoops that become available during particular days of the outbreak. These Scoops also fall into time windows, giving you a limited amount of time to track them down and complete them, which can⭕ become increasingly challenging the further you progress the story.
Some Psychopaths are mandatory, meaning you will always fight them no matter what, even if the Case's time 'expires.' The optional Psychopaths require you to take your focus off the primary quest to defeat them, so striking a balance between progressing the main story and seeking out additional Survivors and Psychopaths will be your ultimate goal.
Additionally, there can only be eight Survivors in the mall at a given time, so if a Psychopath has any held hostages, the Scoop may not appear until you've freed up enough space for them to spawn in. For example, Jo Slade has four hostages in total. If you even have five Survivors in the mall, her Scoop will not become available. You must rescue (or kill) at least one hostage in the mall for you to receive the call from Otis about her.

Remember, it is crucial to save Survivors around the mall to free up space for Psychopaths to appear. Some of them will be holding several Survivors hostage, meaning their Scoop won't become available until you've cleared space in the mall.
Again, there can only be eight Survivors in the mall at a given time, so if a Scoop isn't coming in at the time allotted above, you must seek out more Survivors. You can either bring them back to the Security Room or kill them, but we strongly urge you to save them, as you will get tons of PP for finding them and then bringing🔜 them to safety!
All Psychopath Rewards In Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster
As referenced above, most Psychopaths will drop unique weapons that will permanently respawn in their arena after you defeat them. These weapons can range from Small Chainsaws to Ceremonial Swords and so much more, making them worth seeking out and taking down.
Unfortunately, not every boss will give you a weapon drop but will offer other items, such as a unique Book or other valuable items, so you should still seek them out whenever their Scoop becomes available. Remember to use the section above to find out the Day, Time, and Scoop of each Psychopath, along with how many Survivors they have!

Please note that in order to get Molotov Cocktails from Paul Carson, you must save him by putting out the fire spreading on him with the Fire Extinguisher after defeating him and bringing him back to the Security Room. After doing this, you will eventually receive a call from Otis, starting the Scoop called 'Paul's Present.'
After speaking with Paul in the Security Room, he will give you Molotov Cocktails whenever you talk to him, allowing you to take as many as you wish. If you let him burn to death after defeating him, you will not get to use this item, so be sure to save him, as these are extremely powerful, especially against large groups of zombies!
You can also find Sniper Rifles at🅺 the Huntin' Shack, so don'🐷t worry too much about them not being a permanent respawn after defeating the Hall Family!
