Summary

  • Trapper shines in 2v8, locking down half the map while a second killer harries survivors for quick downs and easy chases.
  • Wraith pairs well with Hillbilly for quick insta-downs, while Wraith and Nurse combo guarantees hits with coordination.
  • Nurse and Huntress duo terrifies with long-range attacks and aura tracking, while Hillbilly compliments Nurse's slow movement.

168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Dead By Daylight just released the lo♛ng-awaited 2v8 mode, which doubles the trouble by putting two Survivors against eight Killers. This is as chaotic as it sounds, since Killers have a target-rich environment and Survivors have plenty of people working on generators. Often games are short and blood🤡y, with the generators popping left and right.

The 2v8 game mode has finally arrived again in the realm of Dead By Daylight, and here's🌼 everything you need to know about it!

There are five Killers available: Trapper, Wraith, Huntress, Nurse, and Hillbilly. While you can&ไrsquo;t use perks, their abilities are all empowered (except Hillbilly). While the threat of two Killers is nothing to sneeze at, som❀e teams are better than others. So if you want to terrorize those eight Survivors these are the best combinations of Killers in 2v8.

7 💜 Trapper And Everyone

Trapper chases Dwight towards the Killer Shack. White auras indicate that it has been filled with traps.

Let’s just get this out of the way: The Trapper is the unexpected GOAT in this mode. Every Killer benefits greatly from being paired up with the Trapper and every Killer negates the Trapper’s biggest weakness. Normally a constant presence near the bottom of every 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:content creators’ tier list, the Trapper is a menace in 2v8 for two very𝓀 important reasons.

The Trapper’s Bear Traps can still be set off by Survivors, but even this i♎s not without cost, since doing so takes time and reveals their position in a game where two Killers might be looking for them afterward.

First, the Trapper’s major weakness in normal games is that he has no pressure early on while he’s setting up traps, but with a second Killer, he can set🉐 up while the other one harries the Survivors. Second, a few well-placed traps can lock down half the map, which makes it much easier for the other Killer to herd Survivors into losing chases.

6 🌊 Wraith And Hill💦billy

Removing the ability to insta-down and transferring it to your partner 🐎Killer was a huge nerf, but a necessary one. The target-r🔯ich environment of 2v8 means that even a halfway-decent Hillbilly could get down after down quickly and with relative ease.

Nurse’s teleport attack counts as a special attack and is therefore not affected by the inst💟a-down buff Hillbilly gives.

This combo is the best one to leverage the insta-down buff since Wraith is one of the few Killers fast enough to catch up with a rampaging Hillbilly and he keeps up well with fleein💟g Survivors. With some communication and good positioning, you ca🎶n rack up some quick downs.

5 Wraith And Nursಞe 🍌

The Nurse is 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:an oppressive Killer; with two Blinks, decent Nurses have a good chance of landing a hit, but with thre🅰e, it’s almost guaranteed. The Nurse has a passive in 2v8 where if she’s near the other Killer, she gets that third Blink.

There are plenty of Memento Mori kills you can༺ call upon in Dead by Daylight, but thܫese are the best of the best.

Of all the Killers, the Wraith is the best at granting her this third blink, even better than the Hillbilly since he has more control over his speed. With his fast cloaked movement, he can be at the Nurse’s side in 𒐪short order; combine this with the fact that Nurse regularly forces Survivors out of loops and that Wraith excels at getting ahead of them on the open ground making this duo deadly with some coordination.

4 Nurse An🐷d Huntress

The Nurse's POV, the orange aura identifying a Survivor and the white aura identifying the Huntress

A decent Nurse-Huntress combo can terrorize large swaths of the map with very little effort, especially on more open maps, since they both have long-range attacks. In c🦹hase, they’re nearly impossible to escape since it’s very difficult to get out of their striking distance, especially if they’re coming from two directions.

Nurse is alrꦆeady a menace on her own in Normal games, but Huntress enhances her deadliness by showing the auras of any Survivor struck with a hatchet. This allows the Nurse to zero in on an already-injured Survivor, giving the terrifying appearance of coming out of nowhere to strike you down.

3 🔯 Huntress And Hillbilly ♓

Like the Huntress-Nurse combo, these two can terrorize a large zone with their abilities. The Huntress can mark targets with her hatchet, and with some game s𒉰ense, the Hillbilly can find the injured Survivor quickly.

If you've ever wond🍨ered how Emblems work, now's your chance to find out!

While Hillbilly isn’t as lethal as Nurse, his power is more flexible since it doesn’t fatigue him like Nurse’s does. He can travel across the map quickly with back-to-bacܫk chainsaw sprints, whether it’s to help Huntress close the deal at a loop or to harass some Survivors off a nearly completed generator.

He’s also better than Nurse at flushing Survivors out of cover🦩 or blocking their way since he doesn’t become intangible like the Nurse.

2 ꩲ Nurse And Hil✃lbilly

A Survivor caught between a mid-lunge Nurse and a Hillbilly stalking behind her

Nurse has very few weaknesses, but chief among them is that she actually moves slower than the Survivors. With her teleport ability, this is no problem in chases, since the distances are short in loops. But when it comes to actually finding Survivors, her slow movemen🏅t speed impairs her.

To find Survivors, she has to either 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:walk to the generators and hope she finds someone to c🅘hase, or use her Blink to hopefully teleport to the correct place and wait for the fatigue to wear off. Hillbilly, with his ability to zip around the map and get into chases quickly, reveals those Survivors and gives Nurse a target. On top of that, if the Hillbi𝓡lly lands a hit, that Survivor is primed for a rapid takedown.

1 ♏ Trapper And Hillbilly

Hillbilly wields his honey hammer as he stalks towards a Trapped Survivor (Sable) in Dead by Daylight

As stated above, you can’t go wrong with Trapper as your partner, but this combination is particularly nasty; with other Killers they already apply great pressure on the Survivors, but with each other, they have the most lethal zone con♌trol in the game, as Trapper locks down a good chunk of the map with𒆙 his traps and while he’s still setting up, Hillbilly is already zipping across the map and engaging in his first chase.

Since he can be anywhere on the map rather quickly, he can terrorize Survivors out of any part of the map and herd them to the rusty jaws of Trapper’s Bear Traps. Even if you’re not coordinating, the Bear Traps means tha༺t a lot of the loops on the map suddenly become invalid, forcing unwary Survivors onto the traps and the wary ones to transition to another loop. Hillbilly excels at catching up with Sur🐎vivors on open ground, which means that running to another loop is very hazardous.
