The first few days of Bancho Sushi will be quite tough in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Dave The Diver as you'd be serving all the customers by yourself. This aspect only gets harder as more customers will start arriving since the restaurant will become popular on Cooksta, and you'll need as much help as you can get.
This help arrives in the form of employees a few days after you set the foundation of the restaurant. You can hire employees and they'll help you cook, serve, and find some ingredients for the restaurant. Moreover, you can also train them to be better and get unique skills.
How To Unlock Employees
Before you can start getting employees in your restaurant, you'll have to pass the first few days and make an account on Cooksta. A couple of days after you make this account, a person named Yoshie will appear in the restaurant and have a little dialogue with Bancho. After that, you'll have to prepare a dish for her.
To get this dish, you'll need to find the following ingredients:
Whitetip Reef Shark |
This shark can be found on the far-right side of the Blue Hole. Head right as soon as you dive and go down to find it. You'll want to have a gun if you want to get this shark's meat without getting defeated by it. |
Olive Oil |
Since you'll be doing this process at the start of the game, the only way to get Olive Oil is by opening red Cooking Pots in the ocean. |
After serving the dish to Yoshie and going through a bit of dialogue, the employee system will un🐭lock for you.
How To Hire Employees
You can start the process of hiring employees by clicking on the "Staff" section at the bottom of your screen when you're at the restaurant, or by pressing the button above it. When the dialogue box opens, you'll see a hiring option on the bottom-left of your screen near Yoshie. Here, you can start different kinds of ads.
Depending on the ad you choose, you'll get several employee applications the next day (better employees for more expensive ads). You have to spend the initial hiring cost of an employee if you like their stats, and they'll take an additional salary every day based on the number of orders placed and the money earned from each dish.
Sometimes, random people (not VIPs) will visit the restaurant and ask for a special dish. Some of these people will join the restaurant as Staff.
Once you get the applications for a particular ad, they'll stay on the hiring screen until you either accept them or start another ad. Each employee has a set of fou𓄧r stats and some locked special skills, which are disc🧸ussed below.
What Does It Mean When An Employee Has A Light Bulb Above Their Head?
Once you've acquired a certain employee, you can do the following things with them:
Add Them To The Kitchen |
If you add an employee to the kitchen, they'll make the cooking process much faster. Keep in mind that this also mea🌃ns that the Wasabi on 🌊the far-right side of the restaurant will drain faster. |
Add Them To Dining Area |
Adding an employee to the Dining area will allow them to help you in serving food. These employ🌸ees can also serve Tea, Beer, and refill Wasabi if you get the respective skills on them. |
Train Them |
Training an employee upgrades all their stats and unlocks special skills for them, more on this below. |
Dispatch Them |
You can dispatch an employee to go on an expedition and get a specific ingredient. This process takes one full day and you can't use them in the restaurant when they're dispatched. |
When you go to the Staff section and click "Training" for any employee, you'll be able to spend some money to upgrade their stats. Training can also unlock useful 🌳skills for an employee, which is symbolized by the light bulb near theꦗir head. Whenever an employee has the bulb, it can mean two things:
- You'll either unlock a new skill on them when you train them the next time.
- Or you'll get a new recipe unique to that employee at the next training.
Each staff member can have two skills, and they're unlocked when you train them for the second and sixth time respectively.
You can only have a maximum of two staff members in the kitchen and the dining area each, so make sure you have a set of varying skills. For example, the skills to serve Beer and Green Tea will hel🎀p you immensely during the late game.
All Employee Stats, Explained
When you try to hire an employee, you'll be able to see a set of four stats on each of them. These stats can easily confuse you since the game doesn't properly explain them, so here's what they do:
Stat |
Function |
Cooking |
This stat increases the speed of cooking as soon as you get the order from a customer during t🐈h🍎e run. |
Serving |
This stat will allow the staff member to serve food much faster when they're assigned to the Dining Area. |
Procure |
As mentioned above, you can send the extra staff members on an expedition to get ingredients. Higher Procure stat means that the staff member will return with extra items. |
Appeal |
While not clearly stated in the game, this stat is directly tied to the amount of tips gained by the staff member and the overall satisfaction of your customers. |
