After being recruited by President Myers and now counting on the help of Reed, you must travel around Dogtown and go to the Moth Bar. In this place, you will meet some old𒁃 acquaintances who might provide the right information, and hopefully find the whereabouts of So Mi.
How To Start The Damned
After finishing the 'Lucretia My Reflection' quest, Solomon Reed will call you and ask you to rendezvous at the Moth Bar, in Dogtown. Once you get in and sit down to order you will meet Daphne, the bartender, who will reveal her true face and identity, Alena Xenakis (Alex for short), an agent who once belonged to Reed's team.
She will initially be very reluctant to help him, but you can convince her to give you the details of where to find Slider after a short talk. Once you arrive at the Voodoo Boys headquarters in Dogtown, Reed will join and you both will try to get in.
Finding Slider
The guards at the entrance area won't let you in, so you must find alternative ways to get inside. There will be a vent that can safely get you in, and it'll be behind a locked door that you can open if you have enough Technical Ability or Body levels.
If you haven't invested points in the Technical Ability stat, you can find the code for the door outside this base, inside a storage container.
Once you're inside, you must make your way to the basement, where Slider will be waiting. You can stealth your way in, but since that will prove immensely difficult due to the number of NPCs, the quickest way is to take all the enemies down.
After a brief conversation, Slider will agree to help you and a cutscene will occur, with Songbird showing up to reveal she's currently being kept hostage by Colonel Hansen. Unfortunately, Slider will die because of how invasive the connection was, and that will trigger another confrontation against more Voodoo Boys.
Reed and you will split ways to find more information about the Black Diamond, the place where Songbird is imprisoned, and you will have to call Mr. Hands to cℱontinue the story.
