Meet With Odell Blanco
The first thing you need to do for this gig is meet with Mr. Hands's client. He is near the center of Dogtown, just west of the Luxor High Wellness Spa.
You will find him outside the Golden Fleece, behind a stall.
Go talk to him.
Get Inside The Clinic
The man you're supposed to save is being held at the clinic across the street from Odell Blanco.
You can attempt to go through the front door if your body attribute is high enough. Otherwise, you have to find another way in.
A good option is the door around the back of the building. Yet, this means sneaking or fighting your way past seve🌞ral goo💃ns.
Alternatively, you can climb the scaffolding on the left side of the building to get through the broken window. Once again, though, there are people around t🍒hat can stop you.
Find Anderson
Once you're inside the clinic, you must reach Anderson's office.
Naturally, there are a bunch of ene🍃mies in the building. You have to take them out or sneak by.
The office is down in the basement. So, head past the altar and through the door next to it. Then, go down the stairs.
At the bottom,💜 you will find a few more foes to get past.
While in the basement, climb the small set of stairs and go through the door.
Then, you will find Anderson's office on your left.
Side With Nika Or Anderson
When you open the door, you will find a woman called Nika pointing a gun at Anderson, wanting to know where her brother is.
It turns out the sibling is dead, and Anderson wants to use his parts to help other patients. As Anderson technically killed him, you can understand why Nika isn't happy with the whole situation.
You must decide to either side with Nika or Anderson.
Side With Nika
If you don't want to stop Nika, say, "Everyone chill" when you enter the room.
Then, select the dialog options that put you on Nika's side, such as "Just tell her, doc," "Go help yourself," "You killed him for parts?" and "Give Nika her brother."
This results in Anderson letting Nika have what is left of her brother.
You then speak with Anderson for a bit before leaving the clinic using the elevator right outside his office.
Before leaving, you can speak with Nika, who's in the next room, crying over he brother's body.
The gig finishes once you get outside, but you still receive a call 🃏from Mr. Hands, and you can update Odell Blanco on the situation if you want.
Side With Anderson
Siding with Anderson means killing Nika. To do this, you can draw your weapon at any time and attack her.
There is a dedicated dialog option to draw your weapon, but you don't need to wait for that to appear.
Either way, you must kill her and talk to Anderson.
Following that conversation, use the elevator outside his office to reach ground level and exit the clinic.
This is where the quest ends, but you do get a final conversation with ജMr. Hands and you can talk to Odell Blanco if you wish.
