How To Start Over The Edge
Whenever you go near the Megabuilding H4 in Santo Domingo, you will notice graffiti with a green mark on one of the sides. You will also see a braindance device that you can use, and this will trigger a cutscene showing the trailer for the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners anime show.
After getting a cryptic message warning you about the fate of some David Martinez, you will be prompted to call fixer Muamar Reyes, who will tell you a bit about him.
Wait for an in-game day and you will also get a series of messages from Falco, a character from the anime show, telling you to stop looking for David but wishing you g♚ood luck all the same, and mentioning a gift.
Over The Edge Rewards
Once you have read all Falco's messages, you'll get a final quest marker that directs you to the Dam Viewpoint, the area where 'El Capitan' Muamar Reyes usually hangs out. David's Jacket is a unique piece of clothing with two mod slots.
