Today, it wa꧅s announced that 🉐the apocalyptic tower adventure Baroque w🔯ill be returning to the Nin✅tendo Switch Eshop in 2020 as Baroque: Original Version. It will be a port of th🙈e original version that was announced twenty-two years ago for thಌe Sega Saturn by developer Sting.

Some of the 🥃western audience will be more familiar with the PlayStation 2 and WII remake that was released back in 2008. In Baroque, you play an amnesiac person with wings tasked with exploring a place called Neuro Tower, a focal point in a world that was destroyed by an even♔t only known as, "The Blaze." During their journey inside the tౠower, the player will be confronted by randomly generated floors occupied by horrifying creatures channeling their best cenobite impression. When (and not if) the creatures kill them before they make it to the bottom, the player will find themselves back at the beginning of the tower, missing the items they picked up while exploring.

As of this writing, there is no information as to wh🤪ether this release will be extended to the US or if the l𝓀ater remake will also be released.
