To reach Nemo's Adventure and find the shotgun, you'll first need access to Ocean Kingdom. This area is in the eastern part of the park, blocked off by a series of bars. You'll need to use the Crank Handle to move the bars and open the path to the Ocean Kingdom.
The Crank Handle is found in the Utility Corridor connected to the Crypt at Haunted Hilltop. The Crank Handle is found inside a safe that's unlocked with the code: 1872.

To open the metal cabinet, you need to get a score of 21 at the submarine's shooting range. Inside the submarine are several sea creatures floating around in front of two toy guns. The toy guns won't work, so you'll have to use your handgun.
You can reset your score by hitting the red button to the left of the shooting range. You can also reset your score by shooting the turtle.
