Freegunner Variant is a unique mechanic in the game that can slightly change a character's kit by giving them a special buff, 🅠which can make a big difference in the long run. However, you have to follow a specific procedure if you want to unlock these Variants.
Where To Get Freegunner Variants
Whenever you open any Freegunner's information screen, you'll see a combat trait buff on the top left side. This buff is exclusive to the Freegunner Variant you're using, and is the only thing that gets changed between different Variants of the same character. Different character variants are sym🎶bolized by "I", "II", and so on after their 🌸name.
As you play the game, you can initially gain the second Variants for Lennox and Lark after reaching Reputation levels six and 13 respectively. Apart from these two Variants, which are quite♒ easy to get, you'll have to finish specific Variant tasks in the Job Board screen. You'll find the Variant tab at the top when you're in this menu.
Concord follows a time-gated system where one Variant challenge is unlocked every week, starting with Teo for t💜he first week of the game.
