In 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Cassette Beasts, you'll take on several powerful beings known as Archangels throughout the course of your adventure in New Wirral. Each of these is designed as a true test of your skills, and it's no exaggeration to say they're among the toughest fights in the game. Depending on which order you tackle them, you may even find they've become stronger (though in fairness, so have you).
Archangel Nowhere Monarch, the boss at the end of Meredith's story quest, is no slouch no matter when you tee off against it. Here's everything you need to know to prove it's no mighty king, after all.
Starting The 'All I Ever Needed' Quest
The first step on your way to besting Archangel Nowhere Monarch is to locate and befriend the companion character whose quest is tied to its battle. Meredith is her name, and you'll find her by heading northwest from New Wirral Park toward the Ranger Outpost.
Simple enough, except the person we're looking for is a bit hard to reach by conventional means. Meredith is on a raised area that, depending on your special abilities at this point in the game, you may find to be out of your reach. Since most folks tend to happen upon Meredith fairly early on, we'll assume the same is true for you, in which case the best way to get to Meredith is to find a barrel and bring it nearby, climbing atop it.
After introducing herself to you, Meredith high-tails it back to Harbourtown. When you're ready to continue things with her, head back there yourself, and you'll find her in her house. Meredith tells you about a record she loved, and you need to poke around inquiring with folks to learn some clues as to where it might be located. Alternatively, just go talk to Ianthe in Town Hall, because she's the only one who knows.
Once Meredith's with you, take some time to familiarize yourself with her partner monster, Kittelly. She's one of our favorites, capable of some serious damage-dealing when she remasters at five stars.
You'll learn of a place called Falldown Mall. You'll also get a key item to bring to Meredith, who elects to team up with you once you've handed it to her. Venture forth to Eastham Woods, and if you aren't yet aware of its location, just know it's toward the northeast but not so far east as to become the desert area. The mall itself is up near the northern limits of the island.
Eastham Woods And Falldown Mall
Our first order of business here in Eastham Woods is to acquire a Boltam, since - as Meredith suggests if you venture westward enough here - you'll need something capable of magnetism. It just so happens you'll find Boltams in this area, and upon capturing one, you'll gain the ability you need.
We have a complete guide on overworld abilities, including Boltam's, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:right here!
Return to the spot Meredith first mentioned a need for magnetism. Zap the nearby blue block with your magnetism ability and move forward through the zone, interacting with the bridge and various other mechanisms - still tapping into that awesome magnetism - until at last you've reached Falldown Mall.
There's enough going on here in Falldown Mall to dedicate a full guide, but it boils down to a pretty simple pattern of flicking light switches and exploring rooms. Your ultimate goal is to pass through one of the forward-facing rooms near the entrance, which involves fiddling with switches in the big catwalk-like area between portions of the mall.
Archangel Nowhere Monarch
Face-to-face with the menace at last, let's get down to business. Like most Archangels, the first handful of turns aren't so bad, as it'll swimply slap you around with conventional attacks. Yet, also like most Archangels, things can take a turn for the worse once it's filled up its AP.
Monsters with a resistance to Fire 𒀰will be helpful here.
The biggest issue by far with Nowhere Monarch is tied to its main attack cycle, which - on the bright side - means this can be a fairly predictable fight to plan against. Nowhere Monarch repeatedly summons two 'adds' (additional foes) called Nowhere Peasants. When its AP is filled, it'll use Bomb Voyage, sacrificing these poor peasants (!) to deal massiꦡve damage to both your mo🃏nsters.
Most importantly, you should try to have some Walls active for Bomb Voyage every time if possible. When you're fused, this may or may not be possible, but the fact is, the fight will last long enough, and Nowhere Monarch will dish enough damage, that your monsters will get separated from their fusion.
Never attack the Nowhere Peasants unless you're drastically overleveled (we're talking 50+) because the odds are otherwise severely slim you'll accomplish the one-two punch of not just taking them down, but dealing appreciable damage to Nowhere Monarch before he summons more. At best, it's otherwise a battle of attrition you'll eventually lose if you keep knocking them down but failing to get to the Archangel itself afterward.
After the battle is ended, you'll be able to fuse with Meredith again whenever you'd like going forward provided the gauge is filled. You'll gain your first relationship heart, at which point you can work toward maxing it out to enjoy all of Meredith's ancilliary story content.
