Find Cash While Looting

The main way you are going to find cash is by looting it. You can find it on the floor, inside chests, and also when dropped by AI. If you are looting, the best things to loot for cash are the cash registers, these can be found in 🧔most stores around the map.

There are plenty of bots around the map — if you kill them then they have a chance to drop some cash for you to loot. There is also a chance to just find cash on the floor and in other bootable places, like duffle bags and ammo boxes.

Kill Other Players

Instead of having to do all the looting, let other players do that for you. If you want to be sneaky while playing DMZ then it may be worth setting up in hot spots like Strongholds or Sam Sites. That way when players come over to do the mission or hold the Sam Site you can pick them off and loot their cash.

The great thing with DMZ is that the enemies will have all the cash they have collected in their bag, so you can get all of it at once.

Complete Contracts

In DMZ, you will have the ability to collect and complete contracts as you make your way to the extraction point. Upon completion of these contracts, you will be rewarded with cash, depending on the contract you do you can get plenty of cash for yourself a🐻nd the𝓡 team.

There are a few con𒉰tracts available around the map for you to d🏅o:

• Elimination - This is a bounty contract where you are given another player's name to hunt down in the game for a cash reward. This comes up as a crosshair on the map.
• Secure Intel or Geiger Search - This is where you locate a hard drive and download the details to then upload them to a radio tower nearby. Or Geiger counter is to locate uranium rods using the Geiger counter. These are both shown as magnifying glasses on the map.
• Hostage - Hostage is where you need to infiltrate a base and rescue the hostage located inside. You then will need to take them to the nearest exfil helicopter to complete the contract. Hostage is shown as Handcuffs on the map.
• Cargo Delivery or Shipment - Find a boat or truck depending on the contract and deliver the cargo aboard to a specified location. Once you complete this you can keep the vehicle if you want. This shows as a Briefcase on the map.
• Hunt - You will be given an enemy operator team to locate and kill. It will be a High-Value Target based on what they have done during the game and the loot they have. On the map, this shows as a Skull.
• Destroy Supplies - Locate enemy supplies and arm bombs at both sights to destroy them. These are shown as a Bomb on the map.

Careful on contracts such as Hunt or Hostage when you are solo as you may come up against multiple enemy operators or waves of AI soldiers. This makes it tough to complete them alone.

Sell Valuables

If you are in need of cash while in a DMZ game, you are able to sell any valuables you have in your backpack at a buy station. This then gives you cash to spend in the game while also freeing up space in your bag for other valuables. It's a great alternative if you find yourself at a location alone and have lots of loot to get through, as it is not fun having to leave good loot behind.
