Broken Sword - Shadow Of The Templars: Reforged Isn’t Faithful To The Orig⛄inal Game, It’s Faithful To The Orig🍰inal Concept

Broken Sꦍword - Shadowജ Of The Templars: Reforged makes the game how the team always wanted it to be with extra details and voice lines.

We're going to visit a couple of old haunts and a couple of new locations, so get ready to dive back into Paris. As always, there are funny optional lines and scenes that you can witness by speaking more with characters that we won't cover here, but we recommend youꦬ check them out.

Montfauçon

Heading towards the church in Broken Sword Reforged.

Though you are automatically back at Nico's apartment, end the conversation with her and go to the world map to travel back to Montfauçon. This time, go past the manhole cover and into the church.

Showing the priest the chalice in Broken Sword Reforged.

Speak to the priest and show him the chalice. When he asks, let him polish it and he'll reveal the engraving.

Examine the statue to the right of the priest so that George acknowledges the scroll, then use the lens on the scroll.

Speak to the priest again now that he's done polishing, and he'll tell you about the tomb in the corner. End the conversation and then check out the far-right tomb.

Leave this area and return to the map. Choose the Musée Crune as your next location.

Musée Crune

Speaking to Lobineau in the museum in Broken Sword Reforged.

Head inside and talk to Lobineau about the statue you saw in the cave in Syria. He'll tell you that was Baphomet. Ask about Baphomet again until the icon is gone, and then end the conversation.

Go back to the map and choose the newly opened area, the Site de Baphomet.

Site De Baphomet

Through the gate at the Site de Baphomet in Broken Sword Reforged.

Go through the green gate and downstairs to find a guard standing watch by the door.

Try to enter the toilet, the door facing the guard, but you'll be told it's locked. Speak to the guard about the toilet and he'll give you the keys then end the conversation and go and use the keys on the toilet door to get inside.

Inspect the sink and then pick up the soap afterwards. Open your inventory and combine the toilet keys with the soap bar. Use the plaster of Paris with the soap, then use your soap mold on the tap to make it wet.

Head back outside and return the real keys to the guard (for now). Go back upstairs and try to dip your plaster key in the bucket of paint pot. It won't work, so it's time to get cre𝓡ative.

Go back downstairs and use the phone to call Nico, who agrees to help you, then go back upstairs and speak to the painter. Tell him he has a phone call and he'll quickly♌ disappear.

Now you can dip your plaster key in the paint pot, et voila! Head back downstairs to see how the call ended.

Speak to the guard and ask for the keys to the toilet again, then end the conversation and head back inside the toilet.

Open your inventory to use your bunch of keys with the painted key, then go back outside to where the guard is.

Examine the thermostat on the wall (the eye icon, not the cog icon) to the left of the guard, then speak to the guard and ask him about the thermostat, then end the conversation with him.

Now, use the thermostat to turn the heating off and the guard will put his gloves on. Give the guard the bunch of keys with the fake key, and with the gloves💦 on he can't feel the differe𒁏nce.

Use the telephone to call Nico again and she'll agree to distract the guard. Once the guard gets into an argument with the painter, you can go and use your excavation key on the door he had been guarding.

Inside The Excavation Site

Use the polished chalice on the floor in front of the statue (and in 🎶d♎oing so George will automatically go down the ladder).

Once you've received your next clue, you're back in Nico's apartment so end the conversation and head to the map as we're catching a flight back to Spain.
