The Ceruledge card is inspired by Pokemon Horizons: The Series, but what makes it more of a collector's item than a standard Ceruledge is the stamp on it for Pokemon Day. The promotion will run until Pokemon Day or while stocks last, and history dictates we'll hit the latter long before February 27. Pokemon fans love a free card, especially one you can't get anywhere else, and while I'm unsure how many cards there are to give away, I'd be surprised to hear there's any stock left by Saturday, let alone Pokemon Day.
If you're not having any luck getting the card through Best Buy, there are others places it should be available from February 23. GameStop is running the same promotion and appears confident its stock will last until Saturday at least, inviting Pokemon fans to certain locations for a Trade and Play event where the card can be claimed in person. You can also add the card to your purchase as a gift when buying items through the Pokemon Center.
