As disgusting as it seems, kissing Crusher's foot may be beneficial because he wears a ring on his toe, and you can swipe it off him. You can also mess with him if you choose to kiss his foot. Within this single decision to kiss the foot comes several possibilities.

You can apologize and kiss Crusher's foot.	Kissing Crusher's foot leads to additional options afterwards: "It wasn't too bad. Do you use perfume?" This will embarrass Crusher, and he and his friends will brawl with you. "Was that enough reverence for you?" This ends the interaction. Give the foot a long lick. This will annoy Crusher, and you'll end up brawling with him and his friends. Gale, Lae'zel, and Wyll will disapprove, while Shadowheart will approve.
You can use sleight of hand to slip Crusher's Ring off of his toe while kissing his foot.	You'll get Crusher's Ring and 15XP. Those with charlatan and urchin backgrounds will also receive inspiration. Crusher's Ring: movement speed increased by 3m/10ft Shadowheart and Astarion will approve.
You can give the foot a long lick instead.	You'll end up brawling with Crusher and his friends. Astarion and Shadowheart will approve. Gale, Lae'zel, and Wyll will disapprove.

If you end up brawling with Crusher and his friends, you can end the fight quickly by dealing with Crusher first. Lowering his HP to four points or less will end the fight, and he'll beg you to spare him.

There's also an option to back away from kissing his foot, but Crusher will kick your face and shame you for it.

If you want Crusher's ring, the only other way to get it is to loot it off his dead body. Pickpocketing him won't allow you to snatch it off him, given that it's on his toe and not in his pocket.

Intimidate Crusher Into Kissing Your Foot

Using intimidation to get Crusher to kiss your foot instead will garner you the approval of your companions. If you try to insult him afterwards, he'll get upset and he and his friends will brawl with you.

[DETECT THOUGHTS] Scan his mind.	You'll be able to find out his plans to overthrow the leaders of the camp, and you'll be given the option to threaten him with that information. If you do so, he'll kiss your foot and go to the bridge to pee in shame.

If the embarrassed Crusher goes to the bridge to pee, you can kill him there stealthily in order to take his ring without the knowledge of the rest of the camp.

Insult Crusher

Insulting Crusher will lead to him getting upset, and he and his friends will start a brawl with you. The other goblins in the camp will come by to watch if this ha🍌ppens.

"I'd sooner spit in your face." followed by "I said I'd spit in your face. Was that unclear, or do you need a demonstration?"	Gale and Lae'zel will approve. A brawl will break out between your squad and Crusher's squad.

Use Your lllithid Powers To Threaten Crusher

Crusher will be shocked that he insulted a True Soul, and he'll apologize to you. This is the only outcome of this interaction, so it's not really worth it to pick this option. Not to mention, you may exhaust your Illithid powers, and you'll need to take a long rest to get them back.

Attack Crusher

You can attack Crusher at any point, or you can finish him off if you beat him after you brawl. During the brawl, if you lower his hit points to four or less, he'll end the fight and beg you to stop. Attacking him or finishing him off will lead to several outcomes:

• The entire goblin camp will become hostile towards your squad.
• Astarion, Lae'zel, and Wyll will approve.
• Karlach will disapprove.
• You'll be able to loot Crusher's Ring off his body if you kill him.

You should finish the other interactions in the camp before attacking Crusher if this is the route you've decided to take. You may miss out on the possible interactions with the other goblins if you turn them hostile.

Bite Off Crusher's Toe As The Dark Urge

Playing as The Dark Urge will give you a more sinister option as you interact with Crusher. You can choose to kiss his foot, but you can bite his toe off as you do so. This will obviously anger Crusher, and you'll end up brawling with him and his friends.

Should You Kiss Crusher's Foot?

Ultimately, the decision to kiss Crusher's foot depends on what you're after.

• Kiss Crusher's foot if you want to steal his ring.
• Kiss Crusher's foot and steal his ring if you're an urchin or a charlatan to become inspired.
• Get Crusher to kiss your foot if you're after companion approval.
• Embarrass Crusher if you want him to walk off in shame, and then you can kill him and loot him for his ring.

Attacking Crusher in front of the goblins to kill him at this point isn't the best idea, because you can do so at a later time, and you're less likely to lose different goblin interactions.

It's beneficial to go through all the different interactions, because you can gain a lot of approval through them. That way, you may be able to romance a companion a little earlier on. You may also receive various items and XP as you go through the goblin interactions.

It's also worth exploring the different options when interacting with Crusher, especially if you're role-playing different types of characters, because your companions will each have very entertaining reactions to the events that may transpire.
