168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Baldur’s Gate 3’s Moonrise Towers were a doozy. The monolithic fortress has been taunting me for hours while I explore the Shadow-Cursed Lands, taking out offspring of Ketheric Thorm and getting lost in the deep underground of the sprawling Shar Temple. It felt like I was progressing quite well as I gathered allies and wiped out deadly opponents, knowing they would make storming Moonrise that much easier when the time came. I even rescued the Nightsong, who wasn’t a deadly weapon forged by Selune, but a really pretty lady called Dame Aylin who I’d totally let slice me in twain with her hulk𝔉ing blade. Among other very gay, very pure things.

But in🧸 saving her and freeing the cursed lands from shadow and ruin, I accidentally went and doomed the tiefling prisoners I promised to save to certain oblivion, or from becoming experiments on behalf of Balthazar, who turned my horned homies into grotesque monsters. I promised to save them to the faces of like twenty people so whiffing that is gonna be awkward when I get to Baldur’s Gate. I really tried, it just didn’t work out.

Don’t b🐽e like me and completely avoid Moonrise Towers until ꦺthe act ending assault. It turns out you can actually sneak in and get all chummy with the evildoers.

The underground prisons were the first place I went after storming Moonrise Towers’ ground floor. I had hardly any health or spell slots left, but a Long Rest could wait, my friends need my help. Turns out the prison held another wave of necromancers command🌌ing hordes of gross undead, so I fought through them and felt triumph, knowing the prisoners were now seconds away from salvation. Well, they would be if they were anywhere to be found. But all the cells were empty, the only noise hitting my ears, the distant screeches of victims being poked and prodded within an inch of their lives. I was too late. I had missed the opportunity to save all these innocent people by leaving Moonrise until last.

I managed to break into the central tower and unlock all the cells, and promptly rushed in to try and dis🌱cover some sign of a potential escape, hoping that maybe the tieflings managed to get away without my help. Nope, all I found were destructible walls which could likely be broken down to provide a route to safety if anybody was left to save them. Soon enough, I resorted to Google to see if I was missing something, or if the prisoners were to be found deeper in the facility rubbing shoulders with the Illithid. Just a handful of them unfortunately, with Zevlor and a few Flaming Fists deep underground in pods, while Mol was nowhere to be found. I had royally screwed the pooch.

Knowing ahead of time that I could have sweet-talked my way inside and freed the prisoners would have drastically changed the outcome. But that wဣas hours ago, and despite playing as a righteous character determined to save everyone, this feels like a failure I must stick with, if only to serve my own growth as a flawed hero who can promise the world to those who look up to me, but that doesn’t mean I&rsquo♛;ll deliver. Tough conversations await with mourning friends and relatives, and all I can do is hope they understand that I really did all I could.

Baldur's Gate 3 Aylin Flirting With Isobel at Moonrise Towers

On the bright side, I saved a couple 🌟of ladies I wasn’t aware were sapphic until they crashed into one another’s arms at the base of Moonrise Towers. Dame Aylin helped take down Ketheric Thorm after being freed from the Shadowfell, while Isobel was responsible for shielding the inn from the curse as we spent days trying to emerge victorious. There were several moments where either character could have died, either by my hands or the enemy, but because I listened and strived to do what I felt was right, both are now reunited and able to rekindle a love once thought lost. Quite literally, since they kept telling me to go away so they could seal the deal. I respect a woman who is thirsty after centuries spent in the shadow realm.

Editor’s Note - In a cruel twist of fate, Jade was ꦫunaware that saving the prisoner⛦s would have reunited a second pair of sapphic ladies.

Dozens were lost thanks to my failure to reach the prison in time, or tackle their rescue in a way the game never revealed to me, but at least my decisions led to happiness for two women, even if it wasn’t the result I ever anticipated. It’s bittersweet, like so many of the choices made in Baldur’s Gate 3. 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:There is no right decision, no inherent good or evil in the people you meet and the places you explore because, much like the real world, everything we encounter is far moreཧ nuanced than we give it credit for.

I can save the tief🐬lings the next time around, but in the context of this current adventure, I’ve let down the peop👍le who depend on me and have to live with it. At least Aylin and Isobel were able to find some semblance of relief from my decisions, while next time I can make sure everyone makes it out alive, if that’s even possible.
