Baldur's Gate 3: 8 Best Class-Based Dialogue Options
Some classes in Baldur's G🐲ate 3 offer 𒅌you the chance to pick unique dialogue options in certain situations.
When using the forge, you can make two items 💃from six molds. Although they all have similar aesthetics and effects, some are guaranteed to be in your party's core equipment while others will likely be sold to the next trader. There is a lot to consider when choosing which mold to fill.
Updated April 18, 2024 by Matthew Cochran: The Adamantine forge items in Baldur's Gate 3 have the potential to be some of the best weapons in the game. With updates continuing for BG3, we've updated this list to add more images to help showcase the items in-game and added even more options.
7 Adamanti🌳ne Mace
While the is one of the coolest-looking forge items, it is the least useful and is easily outclassed by other, common magic weapons found in Act One. For starters, the +1 enchantment is found on weapons as early as the Druid Grove, and the Leth🎀al Weapon trait which ignores Bludgeoning Resistance is only useful on certain objects and ༺walls but is not required to break them.
Like all the Adamantine Forge weapons, it has a trait 🐎called Diamondsbane, which makes attacks against objects an automatic crit. This ability is so situational it is essentially useless in combat.
There are almost no fights that require you to use a melee weapon to break an object in one turn. In this way, the mace is best stored as a tool, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:like a shovel, to interact with the ✱environment more efficiently.
6 Adamantine Scimi🦄tar ൲
The is very similar to its mace cousin with a few key differences that help it eke out a win. Firstly, it has a Light pr𒊎operty, w꧑hich means it can be dual-wielded.
The scimitar also has the Finesse property, which makes it the only Adamantine weapon that is useable for martial fighters that focus on Deღxterity.
However, you should absolutely not use both of the Mithril Ores on two scimitars, as there are more resourceful Light weapons that can be found in later Acts, and you don't want to miss the op💙portunity to make armor or a shield. With only 1d6+1 damage, 🤡and the same Diamondsbane and Lethal Weapon abilities as the mace, it isn't going to be a favored weapon by any member of your party for very long.
5 𝄹 Adamantine Longsword 🍨
If you are building a forge weapon, it is likely for your party's martial fighter and the is the best choice of the three weapons. Because it has the Versatile trait, it can be wielded with⛄ one hand, and even one-handed it has a higher damage potential than either the scimitar or the mac🌸e while using the same damage type as the scimitar.
Wielded with two hands, it nearly doubles the damag🦋e potential of either.

Baldur's Gate 3: The Best Moment In Each Origin Playthrough
Playing as🧸 each origin character in Baldur's Gate 3 offers a different experience - here's the best part of each playthrough.
Longswords also have more unique attacks than the mace and share the Lacerate ability with the scimitar while adding a Rush Attack. However, despite being the best weapon you can forge with Mithril, you should only do so if you are severely lacking in damage as you are likely to🌞 find weapons with more useful abilities and additional dama𒈔ge types at around the same time you'd have access to the forge.
4 Adamantine Scale Mail ♎
The is a medium armor that reduces all incoming damage, including magical, by one, applies a Reeling effect on attackers which makes it harder to land attacks, and prevents the wearer from receiving critical hits. What makes this armor versatile is that most classes, and even some race options, include a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:medium armor proficiency, which means there will l💃ikely be a party member that can wear it.
Although to get ℱa decent AC out of Scale Mail, it is best to go to a character with at least 14 Dexterity, otherwise, you will be able to find higher AC armors as early as Act Two. If you choose it anyway, you'll at least get a nice🌠 return on investment with a 1,300 gold price.
3 Adamantine Splint Armour 🧸
Combined with the Adamantine Shield, the will make you invincible. Although it h🔥as similar stats to the Adamantine Scale Mail, it has an additional point of damage reduction which quickly adds up in long fights💙, has an additional turn on the Reeling effect, and has a base AC of 18.
The only problem with the armor is that few classes, other than Fighter, Paladin, and War Domain Cleric have a heavy armor proficiency. 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:While Barbarian technically does, it will stop them from using 𝔉their rage ability.
Although, if you don't have a party member that can use heavy armor, aꦿnd you only plan o🐓n using one forge item, the Splint Armor sells for a whopping 3,800 gold pieces.
2 🤡 🍰 Grymskull Helm
This is the only adamantine item you don't need to craft; you can loot the Grymskull Helm off the mec🐻hanical corpse of Grym after defeating him in the forge. The one major disadvantage of the helm is that it is consi🍌dered heavy armor, and because it doesn't provide AC bonuses, only a limited number of characters can use it effectively.

10 NPCs We Wish We Could Romance In Baldur's Gate 3
Baldur's Gate 3 could han♚dle a little more romance, right?
However, it does not impose the same disadvantage to stealth checks as the splint armor, meaning you can exchange one for the 𝕴other while still negating critical hits. The resistance to fire damage is also a powerful passive ability, and combined with the free use of Hunter's M𒅌ark makes it one of the best helms in the entire first two Acts.
1 Adamantine Shield ༺ ⛦
With the starting proficiencies from specific races and various origin characters 🥃and companions with proficiencies in shields, very few party compositions won't use at least one shield. With the , you are free to mix and match armors that are more likely ꦦto provide unique benefits while keeping the Reeling effect, no critical hits, and also getting the Shield Bash reaction that knocks enemies prone, which has huge damage potential.
What's great about the shield is that it can be used by characters 🐭rega♈rdless of their armor proficiency, which makes it wieldable by certain bards, warlocks, and other spellcasters that would otherwise always have a free hand and desperately need the bonus to AC. Its only downside is its weak sell price, but for such beneficial stats, you'll likely keep it through most of the game anyway.
