All Windswept Kite Locations
In order to complete the Wind Will Carry Us quest, you'll need to first reach the second region in the game called the Upper Plains. The quest revolves around locating nine Windswept Kites.
Recognizable by their orange color, these kites are often positioned at higher elevations, requiring the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:use of your Ikran to reach some of them.
