168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Astroneer is a sandbox space exploration game, that tasks you with gathering resources and traveling to distant planets. When you first start a game, traveling to different planets may seem out of reach, but we are here to help with that. In this guide, we are going to go over how to travel to other planets for the first time.
We are also going to take a look at traveling with friends. The shuttles you can create in the game do not hold two people in the cockpit, but traveling with friends is still possible. First, let's take a look at how to create your very own shuttle.
Making A Space Shuttle
To travel to other planets, you will need a space shuttle. There are difꦆferent sizes of shuttles, but for your first time, you can just make a small shuttle. Below, you can find each shuttle type, where you can print it, and what materials you will need.

Preparing For Launch
In addition to a shuttle, you will🌄 need the following ite𒁃ms.
- Thrusters
- Landing Pad
-
Oxygenator
- this is optional
Let's take a closer look at each of these items below.
Thrusters
There are two types of thrusters available in the game; solid-fuel and hydrazine. During the early-to-mid game, you will primarily be using solid-fuel thrusters to aid in your space travel. This item costs 500 Bytes to unlock, and can be printed at a Small Printer with the following resources.
- 1 Ammonium
- 1 Aluminum
Once printed, you just need to attach the thrusters to your space shuttle. Each thruster can be used four times, so for additional travels, you will need ♛to make mo🍸re.
Landing Pad
At the start of the game, a landing pad will be placed next to your starting shelter. This serves as a launchpad, as well as a place to return to. If you want to launch and re-land at another location, you will need to make a second landing pad that can be moved. Landing pads are a great way to 'bookmark' locations, so you can come back to them later.
Unlocking the blueprint for the landing pad costs 750 Bytes and can be printed at the Large Printer with the following resources.
- 2 Ceramic
- 1 Aluminum
Oxygenator
An Oxygenator is an item that allows you to connect tethers. Your starting shelter will contain an Oxygenator, allowing you to venture out into the world. If there is no Oxygenator present, you will still tether to the shelter, but you can't add additional tethers. This applies to shuttles as well. If you do not put an Oxygenator in the shuttle, then you will not be able to create a chain of tethers on the planet that you choose to visit.
Launching Into Space
Now that you are all set up, it's time to launch into space. Hop in your shuttle and take off!
Navigating
Once in space, you will see a few options, including 'Launch To Another Planet'. Select th♓is option, which will display a map of the solar system.
From here, you just need to select the planet you wish to travel to and watch your shuttle navigate you there. If there is a landing pad on the planet, you will have the option to land there. Once your shuttle touches down, you can get 🐬out and start exploꩵring.
Traveling With Friends
Shuttles don't have room for a second person by default, but you can modify the shuttle to accommodate others. To do so, you just need to place a rover seat in an empty slot of the shuttle. If you are traveling in the small shuttle, the only available slot will be where the Oxygenator goes. This means that if you want to bring another person along, you will need to remove the Oxygenator. If you are t𓆏raveling in a medium or large shuttle, you can place a rover seat in any of the empty spots.
Rover seats can be printed from the Small Printer using two compounds. This blueprint will be unlocked at the start of the game, so you do not have to spend any additional Bytes. That's all there is to know about traveling to other planets. To make sure you're ready for your voyage, be sure to check out our guide on wh💛at you should bring with you.
