So, we have remedied that issue. We also had a slight misunderstanding when it came to what was in each chest, as we didn't know that the outfit would appear in a different chest depending on which one you opened first. We have clarified that as well. We apologize for any confusion.

Zanj Uprising Gear Overview

The Zanj Uprising gear is a little odd in that you would expect there to be more synergy between the Outfit and the Sword, yet, ultimately, that isn't really the case. While the sword is a strong choice for when you are battling the harder-hitting enemies in the game. The outfit ends up being more of a tool for taking pressure off of Basim while he engages in unsavory activity,

The Zanj Uprising Outfit decreases the impact Basim's illegal actions have on his notoriety. This starts with a 20 percent decrease at level 1, becomes a 30 percent decrease at level 2, and (predictably) ends with a 40 percent decrease in notoriety gained while performing illegal actions. This generally wouldn't be our go-to outfit, but in the early game it can be useful when you are going around swiping and pickpocketing. Especially if you have not yet developed a knack for the pickpocket timing.

There are three chests associated with the Zanj Uprising Outfit. It doesn't matter which order you open them in, the first will always contain the outfit.

In order to get this chest, you will essentially have to play a box moving puzzle. We'll break it down for you step-by-step...

• On the ship, push the shelf blocking the entrance forward so that you can enter the cabin.
• Circle around the shelf you just moved, and push it to the left. This will reveal a path through the middle of the room.
• On the right side of the room, grab the shelf and pull it toward the entrance.
• Now, head through the center path you revealed earlier, and pull the shelf in the back to the right side of the room.
• Finally, pull the first shelf you pushed to the left side of the room (in step two) down toward the back of the room.

After following all those steps, head back through the♎ center path toward the entrance and you will be able to get to the Gear Che🧸st. For your efforts, you will obtain the Zanj Uprising Outfit.

Zanj Uprising Outfit Chest 2

This one is pretty simple. Head to the Prince's Palace, which is found on the coast in the eastern section of Harbiyah. You will find this Gear Chest on the main floor of the palace. The treasure chest is tucked away in the Northeast corner behind a divider. If you were to enter into the palace via the main gate, you would just heaಞd straight and then take a right once you hit a wall. The chest is right there. Voilà!

There aren't that many troops protecting it, so you can go the stealth route, and work your way down from the roof, but if you are feeling bold, you can absolutely just bullrush your way in as well.

For the last Gear Chest associated with the Zanj Uprising outfit, head to the Khurasan Gate Guardhouse on the east end of Harbiyah. The Guardhouse is a little difficult to access, but if you approach the northmost corner of the building, you will find that there is scaffolding you can climb to get over the outer wall. Stick to the north and head upward. There should be a rope you can use to launch yourself to th🐬e top of the building.

Once you are on the roof, you'll see an enclosed space with a chest inside. On the right, there are two shelves. Push the shelf on the left forward as far as it will go, throw a knife at the vase, then push the shelf on the right in as far as it will go. Destroy the pottery, slide through the bottom section at the bottꩲom of the shelf, and just like that, you will have access to the chest. The Zanji Upgrade Outfit Schematics will be your reward.
