How To Unlock Crafting Items
If you want to start crafting items in Ark: Survival Ascended, you'll first have to unlock their blueprint in the Engram section. You can find this section by heading over to your inventory and clicking the icon on the right side of the bag icon at the top. This wi๊ll a🔯lso display the amount of Engram points you currently have.
You can gain Engram points by leveling up, and you'll gain far more points if your difficulty is lesser. These points can be used to unlock all the items, but you'll have to reach a certain level to unlock these items as well. For example, you can't unlock an item on level 70 until you reach the level even if you have enough points.
How To Craft Items
Once you have the Engram of a certain item unlocked, you can head back to your inventory and choose the Crafting section on the left side. This will show all your unlocked Engrams that can be crafted without the use of another item. However, items that require other structures like Smithy won't be shown here.
Hover over the items to learn the resources you need for them. Once you have the resources, the glow in the item's background will be much more and you can easily craft it. Keep in mind that your character can only walk while you're crafting something, so make sure that you're in a safe location.
When you're crafting multiple items, the resources for each item are taken when they start getting crafted.
If these re🏅sources go away from your inventory before these items get crafted, the🐠 queue will cancel.
If you created the item through your inventory, you'll find it there. However, the items created in other structures will be found in the inventories of those structures. You can aꦰlso repair items like a Pickaxe or Armor by using a few items that you used for crafting them.
