Files discovered via a Fortnite data mine appear to have revealed one of the game's upcoming crossovers will be with the popular survival game, Among Us.
Fortnite further confirmed it will likely never be caught when it comes to its crossover success with what was likely its biggest event to date last week. The arrival of Ariana Grande 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:complete with an in-game concert. Grande joins a long list of characters not created by Epic to become part of Fortnite. Everyone from Sarah Connor to Supe🐓rman whose quests🍷 were added to the game this week.
The collaboration train can't stop now though, and Epic appears deadset on making sure anyone and anything famous becomes a part of its game. Files discovered by Fortnite leaker Hypex appear to have revealed fellow multiplayer game Among Us will be one of the next brands to get the Fortnite treatment.
The files are hidden in something with the codename mole, which is pretty sus in itself. Mole could be used as a synonym for imposter,ꦫ which is what Among Us players are constantly on the lookout for. A tenuous link for sure, but the files within are far more telling. The words electrical, security, cafeteria, tasks, and sabotage can all be found.
All five of those words play big roles in Among Us, whether they be areas in the game or actions players need to complete. Hypex highlights that there are other files under Mole such as The Loop which are very much Fortnite-related. However, if anything, that suggests Among Us's involvement will be more than just a crewmate-themed skin. Perhaps the game will have a part to play in Fortnite's elaborate storyline.
Among Us fits in perfectly with Fortnite's current theme. Season seven has been named Invasion and is all about aliens. Hence the addition of Kryptonian Superman 𓃲and also Rick from Rick and Morty. Among Us fits the theme too which means if it is going to be crossing over with Fortnite, it will probably happen before the end of season seven. Some things found in Fortnite's code have never come to be, but an Among Us team-up just makes too much sense.
