As is the case with most 🙈of these "glitches" and "oddities," the loophole was proꦅmptly closed.

However, while the error was quickly fixed, those who had claimed the remastered ga🦂me were seemingly free to keep it. That is, until Thursday.

As first shared on Twitter by Wario64 a💟nd , Xbox has reached out to gamers who claimed the game, acknowledging that it was never intended to be free. As such, the game has been revoked from user accounts.

Games Have Been Revoked Before

Oddly enough, this wouldn't be the first time that a purchase has been revoked. Gamers may recall that, back in April 2024, The Crew, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:which had its servers go offline, was 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:being removed from Ubisoft Connect a🏅ccounts.

Of course, with the game's servers no long𒁃er in service, there wasn't much to do, anyway. But many argued that a𒈔 company should have no right to do that in the first place, especially seeing that people paid for the game originally.

Those with physical copies w♔ere still able to boot the game, though progressin▨g past the title screen was impossible. Perhaps most famously, .
