Last year, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Focus Home Entertainment revealed an upcoming 2D brawler with a very distinct art style called Aeon Must Die!. The trailer was shown off at Sony's State of Play presentation in August, and soon after a very similar trailer was posted to YouTube with damning accusations in the video description.

The allegations came from former Limestone employees, the developer of Aeon Must Die!, accusing Limestone management and Focus Home Entertainment of unpaid wages, horrible crunch conditions, and ♕stealing the Aeon Must🉐 Die! IP. To prove it, they released from team leads, designers, animatorဣs, concept artists, and more,🗹 all of whom left Limestone in June 2020.

Those former Limestone folks moved on to form a new studio called Mishura Games, but even with the intellectual property rights in doubt, Focus Home Entertainment continued pursuing Aeon Must Die!'s release. The game came out this week on PC and consoles.

The day before Aeon Must Die! was released, Mishura Games . First, the team announced a new game, IMMORTAL: And the Death that Follows, which will apparently look very similar to Aeon Must Die! but that's because it was made by the same creative team—a creative team that's still seeking unpaid overtime pay from Limestone Games.

Second, Mishura goes on to update the unresolved allegations against both Limestone and Focus Home, again accusing them of crunch, unpaid wages, and IP theft. Negotiations to resolve the dispute broke down last summer after Limestone refused "to pay the entirety of the overtime and their debts to th൲e developers" and off꧟ered a "significantly smaller sum to ensure silence about what happened during and before last year."

Regarding Focus Home's assertions that an internal investigation found no evidence of IP theꦐft or unpaid wages, Mishura alඣleged that no investigation took place and for Focus Home to publish the 🧸results to prove their point.

"We are still trying to keep our souls to ourselves and to put it all into the new project. We will continue to speak our minds and fight for justice in game development, regardless of all the hardships this created for us and all the scars we bear to this day,” concluded Mishura&rsqu🐈o;s statement. “We encourage everyone who cares to rally for a better game industry of tomorrow and speak their minds not just for us but for everyone who was wronged."

Focus has ye👍t to respond. Aeon Must Die! Currently has a🔴 57% rating on Steam.
