Capcom hasn't explained why it has restricted physical copies on select platforms to certain parts of the world, nor has it revealed if a worldwide physical release on all or more platforms will happen later. If you are desperate to own a physical copy but you don't have the platform to do so because of where you live, Switch and PS4 games are not region-locked.
