Mind Chess: Tabby Lloyd

In Mind Chess, you'll have a limited amount of time to make the correct dialogue options to extra𝓡ct information from your 'opponent'♐ - in this case, it's Tabby Lloyd.

Follow these options:

1. "What is it that you do?"
2. Bide my time.
3. "What was that about scoops?"
4. "Were you at the scene of the crime?"
5. Bide my time.
6. "You heard gunfire, didn't you?"
7. "Where's the record of your reporting?"
8. "You must have a record of your reporting!"
9. Bide my time.
10. "Play me that tape!"

Upon completion of this section, you'll be prompted to show where the shooter must have been - present the left side of the park at the bottom of the screen👍. This will lead you into the second investigation of the case.

Investigation: Gourd Lake - Spectator Area

Examine the following areas:

• The rubbish bin.
  • Click on the front of the bag to open it to find the plans and the gun.
  • Click on the ammo cylinder and the sight on the revolver.

• Talk to the cameraman. You can only do this once you've examined the contents of the rubbish bin.

During the ensuing cutscene, you'll be prompted to find a contradiction with a photograph. Put the crosshairs over the president's forehead and present the Newspaper Clipping as evidence of the contradiction. Once you have control of Edgeworth again, it's time for another deduction.

This will leadജ directly into a section where you must examine photographs more closely.

• Choose to examine the photograph taken before the shooting.
  • Examine the laser being pointed at Winston Payne's back, at the bottom of the photo.

• Choose to examine the photograph taken after the shooting.
  • Examine the person in the red hood on the right side of the photo.

Now that you're on the right-hand side of thꦬe spectator area, examine t𓃲he following:

• The Samurai Dog stand.
  • The red button on the ground.
  • The red fabric poking out from underneath the stand. Then, examine the sleeves on the raincoat.

With that area covered, it's 🐬time for a deduction.

Following this, you'll be examining the raincoat more closely. Examine the bottom of the zipper to open it up, and then examine the revealed bloodstain. The following revelations will lead you to meet a new char❀acter and then stra🍷ight into the first cross-examination of the game.

Cross-Examination: Doe's Deposition

1. Present the Red Raincoat at the second statement: "But you have no proof that this person is injured as you claim."

Cross-Examination: Doe's Deposition, Pt. 2

3. Assert that the owner of the red raincoat is John Doe.

With that, you'll watch a few 🍷scenes that lead into the next investigation.

Investigation: Zheng Fa Presidential Plane

To begin with, examine the following:

• The body on the ground.
  • The body itself.
  • The bullet wound.
  • The gun.
  • The open attaché case.
  • The ground that the body is lying on.

• The desk on the right.
  • The bulletproof vest.
  • The documents. Click again to examine it, and then Deduce either the Knight or Rook symbol and present the Security Plan to prove a contradiction.
  • The colourful alarms on the bottom of the desk.
  • The lever at the top.

• The security monitors at the back of the plane.
  • The plush toy on the left.
