Updated June 13, 2022 by Ryan Bamsey: 7 Days to Die is one of those games that simply gets better with age, and booting up a new character to explore the wasteland never gets old. Trying out new perks and builds is always fun, but we come back to these standouts time and time again. We've added some of the best perks that you can get from the game's books, so be on the lookout for a bookstore or three!
15 🏅Healing Factor 🦂
Death is quite punishing in 7 Days to Die. You will respawn either on or near your bedroll with a completely empty inventory and no equipment to speak of.♔ All of your stuff will be in a backpack at the lo♋cation you died, and this can be extremely frustrating.
As a result, taking ranks in Healing Factor can help tremendously. Having passive healಞing will greatly re🌠duce the chances of dying accidentally, especially if you have the wits to run away from tough fights.
14 ও ♔ Gunslinger
As far as weapons go, you can't really go wrong with the pistol. They're great for rapid firing in a panic and they're easy to get ammo for.
Gunslinger will make your efforts with these weapons go a lot further. They'll be stronger, secure more headshots, and generally just work harder to become your more favorite weapon. Yes, even more than that hefty sledgehammer that feels so satisfying. This perk even affects SMGs, so it'll have you covered in the later stages of the game too.
13 Lucky L♎ooter Books
While getting the right books is a matter of luck, Lucky Looter is one to be on the lookout for. This series of books will increase your luck and loot when searching through containers.
Each book read will grant a mini perk that boosts your chances of finding certain items in loot - chips, medical items, food, raw materials - anything you could want more of. The best perk, however, is unlocked if you manage to read all seven Lucky Looter books - it's a perk that increases the chance of your enemies dropping loot by a huge 20 percent. Definitely keep an eye out for this series of books when you hit the shops.
12 Was൲teland ♚Treasures Books
In a similar vein to Lucky Looter, Wasteland Treasures is a series of perk books t▨hat will increase your haul on resour♛ce-collecting trips. Instead of improving your loot, Wasteland Treasures improves your ability to harvest materials.
With these perks, you'll never be short of materials again. You'll harvest doorknobs whenever you break doors down, rare military fibers from barracks chairs, and expensive gems from coffins! In addition to that, these perks will also teach you how to purify water and turn plant fibers into cloth. Handy!
11 Charismatic Nature ♋ 🐼
If playing online w🍌ith friends, this perk can seem like a must-have. It will make staying💫 close to your allies a great strategy for survival as it will give you an aura that improves their health, stamina, and eventually damage and defenses.
The aura is quite large too, so you can safely pick houses clean whilst benefitting from this great perk without having to stay in the same room as each other. At its highest rank the perk will grant your friends an entire +1 to all of their attributes. And they'll thank you.
10 🧜 Living Off The Land
Combat isn't the only important aspect of 7 Days to Die. Resource management is also key to survival and Living of the Land will make it an easier task, especially if you decide to hunker down and develop one efficient base.
This perk will improve your yield when harvesting plants whether they're wild or grown on a farm plot. Speaking of farm plots, this perk will also make them much cheaper to make - if you want to live your idyllic Stardew (Zombie) Valley in this game you'll need Living off the Land ranks.
9 Archery
Bows are a great weapon in 7 Days to Die. They are very silent, so they're not very likely to wake up sleeping zombies when taking a stealthy approach. Taking ranks in Archery will make you a far better archer, improving not only your damage but also the speed at which you can aim, draw, and reload your bows.
In addition, taking ranks in this skill is crucial for players who want to make the best bows they can, and you also need one rank in it to be able to craf♚t crossbows.
8 🐟 ꦦ Lucky Looter
Scavenging is a huge part of this game, and ཧLucky Looter will make you far better at it. Mechanically, it just makes the items you come across in various containers beꦅtter but this is a significant boon when you can find no end of good items depending on where you explore.
This is the 🅘perk version of Lucᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚky Looter, not the one granted by books!
This skill also has the bonus of makꩵing your looting go faster, which can come in handy in heated situations where you want to loot quickly and get out of there ASAP❀.
7 🏅 Master Chef 𒉰
Being able to cook better meals is a sure sign that you're 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:getting somewhere in the world of 7 Days to Die. One of the main draws that this skill has is instantly unlocking var✤ious recipes at each rank without the need to find recipe books that randomly spawn in the environment.
Additionally, this perk makes you cook your meals faster which is always good for saving on fuel and reducing 🌜heat output. Not only that, but the fourth ra🧔nk makes it so that you use fewer ingredients when cooking, making it very good for efficiency.
6 Skull Crusher💮 𒊎
Sledgehammers are really great weapons. They are fantastic for stunning (and eventually knocking over) zombies and generally do 🤪a large amount of damage, which this skill will only improve with each rank. This applies not only to zombies but to objects in the environment as well.
Those who use sledgehamm𒁏ers as one of their main weapons will also need this skill to be able to craft better ones.
