7 Days To Die has☂ different attributes, but based on your playstyle, you'll wa🦩nt to invest in the best one for you.

Sprains are bad enough, hampering your ability to jump and sprint across the map, but a broken bone is even worse, requiring a very long recovery time and impedin𓄧g you further. Luckily, it's not so difficult to heal from these ailments - as long as you have the righಞt resources on hand.

How To Heal A Sprain

Sprains are annoying maladies to have - they make it more difficult to survive falls and will only take longer to heal if you sprint.

To begin with, the only way to heal a Sprained Leg is to wait out the injury's timer (w♑hich begins at ten minutes of real-time and extends with any further exertion on your legs). Leg-focused medical items, namely the Plaster Cast and Splint, will do nothing.

However, once you reach Intellect level three, you will be able to purchase the Intern skill in the Physician perk category. With this, Plaster Casts and Splints will instantly heal a Sprained Leg.

If you're playing with friends, it's a good idea to make sure one person has the Intern skill so they can heal otꦡher people🍒's Sprained Legs - the skill also allows you to use the items on other people.

Like a Sprained Leg, Broken Legs will severely impede your movement and basically prevent you from jumping and sprinting. They also last far longer than Sprains.

Healing a Broken Leg is as simple as using a Plaster Cast or a Splint - you do not need to take any skills to make them work on a Broken Leg. Using one of these items on a Broken Leg will replace the status effect with another one, which will be less annoying to deal with in terms of movement and take far less time to heal.

As always, though, you must avoid sprinting to avoid the timer going up.

Plaster Casts will reduce the healing time🌟 ▨by a larger amount than Splints, so use them if you have the choice!
