Like many games with a crafting system, you'll need different crafting stations to make different items in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:7 Days To Die. It's possible to find a lot of things just by looting, but many of the more important items, like Forged Iron, are pretty rareಌ, and you don't want to get stuck waiting to get lucky with finding them.

Not 🎃sure where to find Navezgane's tradersꦑ outside of Rekt? We'll show you where they are.
Other rꦐecipes get even more specific as you progress, and you won't be looting what you need for them very often – if it's available to loot at all. To get a largeꦫ supply of forged and smelted metals, enough for the many advanced weapons and armor pieces, you'll want to invest in a Forge.
How To Craft A Forge
The Forge is usually the first big crafting station you'll make, and it can take a bit of time to unlock it depending on the loot you find.
First, you'll need to read at least five Forge Ahead magazines to unlock the recipe for it, then you'll need five different materials t🐟o make one: Cobblestone Roc✤ks, a Wood Log, Leather, Duct Tape, and Short Iron Pipes.
If you're having trouble finding Forge Ahead magazines, you can invest in the Lockpicking skill to increase your chances of finding them in mos𒈔t lootables.

Short Iron Pipes can be crafted from smelted Iron, but this requires having a Forge available already, so it's best to save all those you loot.
Once the requirements are met, a Forge can be crafted from your inventory at any time. It takes around 21 seconds for the crafting to complete, and they can be placed both indoors and outdoors.
A Forge will 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:need Coal as its fuel source to run, and the majority of recipes made in the Forge will be automatically unlocked, such as those for Nails and Springs, but some you'll need to get a certain skill level or need a specific Forge upgrade to make.
You can also reduce the amount of materials needed for a recipe by investing in the Advanced Engineering skill.
Upgrades Available For The Forge
Like some other crafting stations, the Forge can have three upgrades added to it to give you some additional benefits when using it: the Advanced Bellows, the An𓃲🐻vil, and the Crucible.

How To Smelt Materials In A Forge
Before you start making anything in the Forge, you'll need certain materials: Iron, Clay, Sand, Lead, Stone, or Brass. While they share names with the materials salvaged from lootables like Iron or Clay Soil, the smelted versions are separate and exclusive to the Forge.
First, open the Forge's inventory, then manually move the items you want to smelt into the Smelting inventory, which sits underneath the upgrades menu.
Add in as much coal as you want, then turn the Forge on, and it will start automatically smelting down the items within that inventory.
Smelted Material |
Original Material Needed To Make It |
---|---|
Iron |
Iron (Salvaged) |
Clay |
Clay Soil |
Sand |
Crushed Sand |
Lead |
Lead (Salvaged) or Lead Car Battery. |
Stone |
Small Stone |
Brass |
Brass (Salvaged) or Brass Radiator. |
When each smelt is completed, the materials are stored in the Forge's smelting inventory, and they'll get pulled from it whenever you craft anything in the Forge.
Be careful not to accidentally break your Forge or let it be destroyed by zombies, or else you'll lose all the smelted materials in it.
