If you're struggling to figure out how to harvest crops, we'll tell you how to do it and what to use.
How To Plant Crops
The first step to farming is making at least one Farm Plot to grow some crops in first, and each plot is going to need four materials: Clay Soil, Nitra♌te Powder, Wood, and Rotting Flesh.

I♉nvesting🐲 in the Living Off The Land skill will make Farm Plots cheaper to craft.
Farm Plots can be crafted from either your inventory or from a Workbench, and then placed down outside like other types of blocks or furniture.
Then, equip any type of seed, such as Corn or Potatoes, and interact with it using Secondary Action to plant it. Each Farm Plot can accept one seed at a time, and if you plant the wrong one, you can hit the growing seedling with your fist or a tool to return to your inventory.
All of your Farm Plots need adequate access to sunlight or you won't be able to plant any seeds in them.
How To Harvest Crops
Every plant takes around 60 real-life minutes per growth cycle, or around three real-life hours to fully grow, and once they're ready, hover over their name to see if they've lost Seedling or Growing status.
If they've got the Plant status next to their name, all you need to do now is hit them with your fist, a weapon, or any type of tool to harvest the crop. At the base skill level, you'll get two crops each harvest, and there's around a 50 percent chance of getting a seed back.
You can increase the amount of crops and seeds you harvest per crop by investing in the Living Off The Land skill in the Fortitude attribute list.
